Propre excellent service, personnel très courtois. Pour ceux qui n’ont pas d’enfants éviter les chambres qui donnent sur la zone de jeu. A quelques kilomètres de Pointe-Pelée

L'endroit n'est pas bien entretenu. Les escaliers sont très sales. L'air climatisé du troisième étage ne fonctionne pas. Des gens nous ont réveillés pendant toutes la nuits en claquant des portes dans le couloir. Expérience très déplaisante. Nous n'y retournerons jamais.

Hotel is good. Steak was good at the restaurant. Wireless was not really slow on the room. They actually improving the wifi but it was not working great. Avoid room around the atrium. Sound reverbs a lot during the evening when peoples play around.

Bel hotel près d'un parc Canada
Les cartes démagnétisées et ne fonctoinnent pas 2 jours. Ont ne voie pas dehors, pas de fenêtres. Le menage pas fait en revenant doit aller chercher les femmes de menage. En entend l'unité d air climatisée du toit du 3e dans la chambre du 2e Toutes les portes claquent du au fermoir automatique trop raide.

We had a good stay at the Best Western. The room was nice and quiet, having breakfast on site was convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located for access to parks and trails in Leamington, especially Point Pelee.

If you are visiting Point Pelee National Park, this hotel is in a perfect location, just a couple minutes drive from the park entrance and yet still only a few minutes from downtown Leamington. For families, it has some great amenities, indoor pool, pool tables, badminton court, and an arcade. The restaurant has a very good breakfast menu, with fantastic prices.

There was no hair dryer in the room, the shower head and handle were very loose, the slides were closed, there wasn’t enough pink pong paddles or balls. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel. The fun zone is an awesome perk!

Rooms had a very dingy feel to them. Very stuffy. The breakfast was good but because you are majorly understaffed your waitresses were treated terribly by people. It was awful seeing these waitresses running to keep up with the demand of families, and being threatened with no tips by people. Either I would say to hire more staff or do a continental breakfast where people hep themselves

Rooms were clean, almost all arcade games were out of order, play equipment was dirty, water slides not working (knew this before hand), roof was leaking due to rain, restaurant inside was okay but service took almost 2 hours after ordering

The weather was terrible and the hydro was out at the hotel for part of day during our stay. The staff were all accommodating and lovely. Apologizing for the inconvenience even though it wasn’t their fault you can’t control Mother Nature.They provided us with options and a discount if we chose to stay. Which we did and the power did come back on. Rooms were nice and clean. Extremely family friendly. Our kids loved all the play equipment, and activities in the atrium and they loved the pool. It was a bit cold in the pool room but the water was warm and my kids loved it and are asking when we can go back again. Thank you for the lovely weekend Best Western!
