Bon il faut aimer l’ambiance des casinos américains des années 90 avec la clientèle et l’odeur de cigarette ! C’était une véritable plongée dans l’Amérique et finalement nous avons profité de la piscine, du bowling ( 46$ à 4 ) et passé un très bon séjour

The shift manager (?) in the restaurant was gossiping about a server to other staff members which was very unprofessional. The meal was sub-par. Carrots are the cheapest vegetable to serve and to be served frozen steam table baby carrots is an insult. Plus the baked potatoes tasted like it had been sitting in a steam jacket since it was baked at 2pm not to mention 1/3was black and had to ve cut off. I didn't eat the carrots and only half the baked. The prime rib was ok thankfully but not worth $24. Valet, bell and front desk service were great.

I liked the hotel, just wished they had better food spots there. We ate at the riverview restaurant and the food was awsome and we ate at a mexican restaurant, they were ok not nothing to brag over. The only thing about our stay i didnt to much like was the freaking bugs outside at night time I couldnt really sit out on the balcony because of bugs flying everywhere the bugs flew inside our room and everything. I told my gurl next time we come we getting bug repellent

This hotel lacks a pest control program as it has an infestation of insects. The room was filthy and had moths and crickets as they kept us awake for most of the night. The front desk was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Horrible experience and even worse customer service

Dated Premises, Poor Ventilation, and Subpar Cleanliness I recently stayed at Don Laughlin Riverside and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The premises felt outdated, with a lack of attention to detail evident throughout. Ventilation was a major issue, as the air circulation seemed inadequate, resulting in a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that was hard to ignore. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Both rooms I rented were in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The bathroom vents were coated in a thick layer of dust, indicating a lack of attention to basic maintenance. Additionally, the area around the bathroom door knobs was visibly dirty, highlighting a disregard for hygiene standards. Overall, my stay at Don Laughlin's was far from pleasant. The combination of dated premises, poor ventilation, and inadequate cleanliness made for an uncomfortable experience. I would advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until improvements are made.
