Nice looking hotel but with a somehow poor service. We were there for a night just before leaving LV, the reception personnel after offering us a bigger room at a premium of $1,500 for the night….placed us on the third floor right beside the dance club….so we ended up sleeping very poorly and woke up with our kids to leave for the airport when the bar was closing. After we checked in, we wanted to go at the pool and enjoy the end of day sun and Las Vegas heat, we were successful in accessing the pool side (which seems to be a beach club requiring an entry fee), just on time to learn that all pools were closing at 6:45PM…it’s got to be a joke…finally after a shower and some time relaxing, we went for a dinner, choosing the Italian restaurant Olive…which was closing when we arrived at 8:45PM because it was a very quiet night for them…wow, what an experience…
