Indigne au regard de la marque Sheraton
Croyant profiter d'un prix intéressant suite aux manifestations qui ont fait fuir les touristes, je me suis laissé vivre l'expérience Sheraton de Kowloon. Ma chambre n'avait que le grand lit comme avantage, une salle de bain minuscule, des meubles sans styles, une ambiance froide. Cet hotel est dans son jus, certes, mais indigne au regard de la marque Sheraton.

There’s no hair conditioner in the room, but the janitors didn’t check to refill it. The lobby staffs were not very friendly while answering requests such as late checkout when you were not able to accommodate. Wished to have a late checkout but was told that the hotel was full house… Will not stay with Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui again…

The hot water was not consistent. The first day it was very hot, and a light touch of the facet would change the temperature a lot. Some days the water was so cold I have to turn it all the way up. It was very inconsistent throughout my stay.
