Amazing stay
Really good stay, we got a kind upgrade on our room and got the pool access. Rooms are big and comfortable, hotel is ideally located in town in front of a really nice beach and 2 minutes walk to the pier Staff is very nice as well !

Cadre magnifique. Dans le centre, avec une vue sur la magnifique plage de Koh Phi Phi. Une belle piscine. Mais le séjour ne fut pas agréable, chambre très humide le sol était trempé, tous les meubles vieillissants, manque de propreté, on ne s’est pas senti à l’aise lors de notre séjour. Ne vaut clairement pas son prix..

L'hôtel est tres bien placé. Tout est a proximité. Néanmoins le lit est très dur, beaucoup de vis a vis sur les autres chambres (obligé de fermer tout le temps les rideaux) et la chambre était sale (du sable sur le sol) quand nous sommes arrivés. Piscine bien placée. Le petit déjeuner était bof: les jus n'étaient pas naturels, pas beaucoup de choix en sucré. Beaucoup de plats locaux. En revanche, une très belle vue sur la plage depuis le restaurant du petit déjeuner. Je trouve que la nuit d'hôtel reste néanmoins cher.

Thank you very much for your kind comment. Regarding breakfast we will do it better to suit all nationality. At the moment we have Salad corner, Yogurt, Fuits, bread, juice, coffee and tea. Egg and bacon cooked to order. 11 hot dishes including pan cake, French toast, 3 Asian dishes, 4 European, tomato, potato, ham and sausage.

Only 1 block from the ferry. Very affordable yet nice hotel. Very quiet yet only steps from shopping and about a 7 min walk to all the nightlife on the beach. STAFF are simply the best. So friendly and accommodating. Love how they take care of the island cats!!!

Thank you for the review that you have shared with others. Our mattress may be hard for Western who like softer ones. However, we have enough toppers all the time and this will make the beds a lot more comfortable.

Ideal location just opposite the harbour and on the beachfront. Breakfast was great, just outside the hotel on the beach front - stunning views. Pool access room difficult to enter/exit as no steps and we didn’t get any of the sun on our balcony. Helpful staff and clean enough. Room was tired and basic but had everything we needed for a few nights stay.

This property is a good location, but quite run down, needs updating - overpriced if you ask me. Staff are amazing that’s one good thing. Breakfast very limited options… The bed is a lump of rock, very hard so if you have a bad back you won’t want to stay here. But good location 2 mins from harbour

Stayed here over new years, staff was incredibly helpful and in a prime location by the dock. Facilities seemingly have not been updated in a long time, could use a renovation. Also not much attention to detail on the beachside, trash overflowing etc. OK stay, given how conveniently located it is and with pool and beach access would put more effort into the visuals.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the staff who took our bags inside and up to our room. Easy check in, convenient location, & kind workers. We were pleasantly surprised by our room that had a view of the pool and the beach. I’d stay here again!

A nice hotel that felt a little dated in style. The bed was extremely firm and lack of pillows. The pool looked loveky hut it rained during our stay so couldnt enjoy. Great location as you get off the boat and its just there. Also out the way from the nightlife but close enoigh to walk in and enjoy if you want to.

Big rooms but very dark and dated.Spotty wifi. No warm or hot water in shower and shower doesn’t drain well. Very fish bowly as all rooms look into each other. Phi Phi Don was the only disappointing spot in Thailand. Dirty and smells like sewage. Cats everywhere and the do their business on the beach. Phi phi Ley was spectacular and wish we just did a day trip instead of staying on Phi Phi Don.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to say that our is in not dated and lighting in hotel room mostly are as the same as ours using new style of ceiling light. Phi Phi ley is great for all travelers to enjoy day trip. You may not like Phi Phi island.

Good value, excellent location. The real let down of this hotel were the rock hard beds, I actually thought they were just box springs. A mattress topper would go a long way for this place. There was also this green light coming from a box under the sink in the bathroom & it glowed straight through the glass wall in our eyes as we slept which also seemed problematic for a good nights rest
