I slept well but it was a little bit noisy in the morning and whoever was in the upper room was stomping around it seemed like the whole 4 days I was there, but it was a comfortable spot and I felt very safe.

On the website it says cribs available, but they didn’t have any! The room was disgusting! There was even dog food on the carpet the floor was sticky! The phone was not working! Even the towels were dirty with black spots on it! The breakfast was terrible, one of the workers was literally crabbing the meat with her bare hands and put it on the buffet, pancakes machine was not working and she kept yelling! Overall terrible experience!

Some of the associates wiring the desk were nice and friendly, but I'm not sure about the disconnect on the deposit that is asked, the deposit should be on hold until it's verified that there is no damages to the room, but the hotel takes your deposit and it takes weeks to return to your account and that was after I emailed choice hotels to see why my deposit's weren't going back at a reasonable time frame.

Sierra and the manager (forgot her name) that works when Sierra is there are amazing!! I needed changes made, NO Problem. I wanted to add a person, NO Problem. Had a problem with my door. Switched out rooms immediately. Great customer service.

Friday night a smoke dector was beeping low battery all night. Next morning asked if they could fix it. Guy at front desk said he would fix it immediately. Came back to the hotel at the end of a long day and first thing we heard in the room was the beeping again. Called front desk at 1 am and said can you pls do something about that. Nothing was done. Room stinks also, black mold on AC unit. AC unit kept stopping and we would have to mess with it to get it back on. Been coming here for 3 yrs No more. Done.

No security and there was a fight in the hallway during the night after 11pm. The next night someone claiming to be from the front desk banged on the door after midnight to supposedly bring a message to a man with a name completely different from ours. Then they called our room after we said it was the wrong room. We called back down to see if it was really the front desk but couldn’t be sure. We never opened our door. The next morning someone was smoking pot in the hallway outside our room and the smell was all the way down to the elevator. This property may just be in a bad location. One thing is for sure, I won’t be back.

The room was exactly what you would expect for a 2 star. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Unfortunately our room was directly across from a room that was used for employees or something and people were in and out of it all night talking loudly.

When I arrived the staff spent about 6 minutes outside smoking, the hotel was horribly dirty, the room felt dirty, and the bathtub was covered, everything felt horrible.

Let me begin with the front desk agent was wonderful and helpful. The rest of the ecening how ever was horrible. I booked my stay with "Best Western" now Choice hotels weeks in advance! When i got to the "Best western" i was immediatly turned away because the hotel was overbooked. They had recently switched from best western to choice hotels. And rather than sending out email or phone calls to inform guest of this change and error on their end. I had to sit in a parking lot for nearly 2 hours on a busy competition weekend. Finding another hotel. To match my current rate. Also never happened! I then get charged for my stay at "best western" that i didnt even stay at! On top of being charged at the other hotel. Which i was told i wouldn't be! This whole experience has costed me and was just downright aweful! I am still trying to dispute my charges. That i was very clearly told would NOT happen. Also when i arrived the lobby was full of other very upset guest that were also being turned away. When I asked to use the facility's girls room. It was dirty. The toilette was overflowing. And paper towels on the floor. Very nasty lobby bathroom. Very loud and unwelcoming. But again the front desk agent was doing her best to control and handle the situation. Very poor of management to allow such a situation!

This property was listed as Best Western on your website. When we got here we were informed that it was now a choice hotel and they were not fully switched over. The staff had difficulty checking us in and we waited for over 30 minutes. The room was dirty and we had no towels. We later found out that this hotel is housing for homeless people. Very disappointed!

We checked in with 3 people and we had onl6 2 towels, so we had to ask for more, also there was shampoo but no conditioner, and they ran out of room keys, other than thet, its a bit dated but we all got a good nights sleep, and breakfast was good

The woman at the front desk was very rude 😒 She had a real attitude. At 3pm, check in time, our room was not ready. She had the nerve to get mad bc we asked her what's time will our room be ready. Also, the sink in our bathroom was clogged. Poor customer service!

Room smelly, guy sleeping in uhaul outside, toilet kept clogging and they gave a plunger to use and still didnt work well, toilet in lobby backed up, no bottled water in vending machine and water fountain out of service, low water pressure, bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in your back, pillows were horrible and small. 15 years ago this hotel was great .... not so much now. We checked out at 5:30 AM and went to a different hotel because of how bad it was. The people working there were friendly and that was the only goos thing.

The staff were incredible and very nice! but the hallways smelt funky and our door was not only hard to open but also poorly installed. Clean, relatively quiet. We were in the room next to the gym and the TV was left on (loudly) and someone was working out at 4 AM, woke us up. Only 1 clerk working the check-in desk on a Saturday night. Had to stand in a line for about 35 minutes to check-in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.

I really debated on whether or not to leave a review. I would say the staff did their best to help me have a good stay. Breakfast was decent. The hotel its self just was not well kept. Doors did not open and close well. TVs did not work properly. Bed was the most uncomfortable old mattress that I have ever had to sleep on. It was like two box springs. There were fire alarms chirping all over the place because of old batteries. Staff just took out the batteries, which did not make me feel real comfortable.
