Perfect stay
Really well located, on the place itself of Taksim and one minute from a very famous/delicious local restaurant which is Al Madina restaurant. Men staff people are very nice, helpful and smiley. The breakfast does offer a lot of choice. The room are big and well equipped with a balcony.

Few amazing days in Istanbul
It probably not the best hotel infrastructure I visited, but for sure, I never such such nice staff. From reception to restaurant the Mukarnas team is exceptional. Always happy to help, assist, informed client, till running after a taxi. I have been amazed of their professionalism. I shall not forget to say that hotel is very well localize for anyone willing to visit the wonderful Istanbul. I got my place for my future stay in Istanbul…. It will be Mukarnas again!

Il existe vraiment mieux comme hôtel au même prix
Malheureusement le séjour c'est mal passé. 3 nuits très difficile ou on m'a changé trois fois de chambre. Le premier soir au sous sol sans vue et dans une odeur d'humidité. Puis au 2ème et après au 5ème enfin dans une chambre convenable. La réception est moyenne et le petit déjeuné quelconque. Bref je déconseille sauf 5ème étage et pour son emplacement à Taksim c'est OK pour ceux qui aime.

You should also know that you do not abide by the moral and hotel rules during your stay at our hotel. You wandered naked in hotel public areas. We can prove this with the camera images in the hotel public areas. You have polluted everywhere by making inappropriate actions in the common hotel guest restrooms. You did not follow the Covid 19 rules. We warned you, you got angry, you kicked the TV in the room and broke it. It was a different experience for us to host such a guest at our hotel for the first time.

Service at the buffet breakfast is excellent, exceed expectations. There was no luggage stand/riser in the room. We asked for one but we were told that our standard room is too small for it. We did not get one until the 4th day when mentioned to another staff member. He was very knowledgeable and provided us one immediately.

The entire staff od the Mukarnas Taksim hotel treat their guests as VIPs. We enjoyed our stay withe the exception of a sewage odor that filled the room when the A/C turned on. Other than that, our stay was excellent. We would stay there again if in the area.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in Turkiye.

Hotels location was nearby istiklal street, Taksim Square and metro station. Vi have been offered transport from istanbul airport to hotel which we used and is good if you haven't used the metro in istanbul befor. From hotel to airport vi used the metro. Vi had a double room that was very clean. No extra charge at checkout. The staf are very friendly and helpful specifically Ayhan og Gozde which served breakfast every morning. You should expect som noise at night from outside, specially during the weekend.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Die Reinigungskräfte waren jeden Tag da und haben unser Zimmer mit sorgfalt gereinigt. Die Lage ist super gut und direkt am Anfang der großen Einkaufsstraße in Taksim. Würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen 👍

You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's right in the heart of Taksim Square. The building is backstreet so you won't hear any street noise. The breakfast has rich selection. The staff are super friendly. The room is updated and looks clean and modern. Overall I'm happy with the stay.

Direkt am belebtesten Ort in Taksim & trotzdem durch die Seitenstraße ruhig & sicherer. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und helfen direkt bei Fragen und Problemen. Das Frühstück war auch vollkommen in Ordnung! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung und positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Schade ist, dass durch ein Sicherheitsgesetz, die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden dürfen.

Overall great stay! Quiet and very convenient location. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful service. Rooms were slightly smaller than appear on the photos. Gym is ok, you can do basic workout. Don’t count on Sauna, it’s packed with spare hotel inventory. Would rate 4.5/5

Öncelikle otelin bulunduğu sokak çok sakin bir sokak değil. Bina renovasyon yapılmış olmasına rağmen çok güzel değil. Oda da terlik var ama diş fırçasını siz isterseniz veriyorlar. Yataklar çok rahat değil ve yastıklar felaket. Gece yarısı yorganı yastık haline getirerek uyuyabildim. Kahvaltı öyle abartıldığı gibi değil. Çok çeşit varmış gibi olmasına rağmen aslında çok fazla birşey yok. Bu kadar övgüyü hak edecek bir otel değil. 3 yıldızlı otelden hallşce

A great hotel, well located, very close to souks and transportation. Breakfast was really amazing. Rooms are large and very comfy. Highly recommended. Will sure stay there again

It was an amazing hotel. Location is in the heart of Istiklal Street. Breakfast was always amazing and the staff Ayhaw and Muzaffer, both were friendly and very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Recommend it.
