This rental consists of two freestanding homes, each a 6 Bed / 5 Bath mansion, located in the up-and-coming Pecan Valley community! With easy access to sand dunes, reservoirs, and Zion’s National Park, outdoor adventure is right at your doorstep! The homes offer luxuries and entertainment galore, so whether you're relaxing at the pool, kicking up your feet to a show, or competing with the myriad of board games, video games, or tabletop games, you’ll find exactly what you need to make this vacation memorable! Don’t settle for just a slice of the action, take The Whole Cake for an unforgettable Southern Utah experience!

Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!

Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Fabulous time in homes. Perfect for a large family.
Homes were great. One for sleeping babies and parents and the other one for noisy adults and teens playing games and electronics until late at night. Loved the hot tub and heated pool in the one house. The other one was closed down maybe for winter. Great kitchens with supplies and appliances and a variety of bedrooms

Family Reunion Fun
We stayed at The Whole Cake for a week for a family reunion. We had 45-50 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bunk bed rooms were very convenient for cousins and kids that all wanted to stay in the same room. The rooms with larger beds were great for the adults. The kids loved the game rooms, pools, and hot tubs. The living space was great as well. We never felt like we didn't have enough room with the amount of people we had. The location of this property is great for outdoor recreating. We found ourselves playing at the lake, the sand dunes, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, etc... There are so many things to do at the residence and outside of the residence. One of my favorite things about the property is the amount of parking spaces for a large group with toys. We had two boats and wave runners with us. The larger garages for the boats were perfect and the large driveways and other garages fit most of our vehicles. We had a blast!

We loved the homes but they need to be maintained and cleaned better. Air conditioning did not work in some areas, the garages needed to be cleaned along with the ping pong tables and skee ball games. The pools and pool area needed to be cleaned. A couple of the beds actually had the red sand in them. They are supplied with everything you need. The company was great to work with anytime I called them.

Whole family Getaway
Everyone loved staying at “The Whole Cake”! With this place you get the Whole cake and you get to eat it too! It had EVERYTHING! They thought of everything. Just a reminder if you are planning on BBQ’ing check the propane before you start to grill. It wasn’t a big deal getting it filled. Just check it when you get there. We had already made a trip into town a couple times. This place was so clean. We were so impressed. We will loved the property management and had such a great experience. We will continue booking with the property management place in the future.
