Bien mais de petits soucis niveau service
Hôtel tres bien situé à proximité immédiate de la gare centrale. Amviance cosy et intimiste dans les couloirs d'accès aux chambres. La.chambre etait vaste avec son sauna. Petit déjeuner copieux et bien achalandé. Néanmoins, resté plusieurs nuits dans l'établissement, le nettoyage de la chmabre est, quand elle est demandée, succincte. Tout ce qui est café n'est pas recomplété et les serviettes non changées. Par ailleurs, le système de téléphonie n'était pas vraiment opérationnel ce qui ne permettait pas de joindre la réception pour régler les petits problèmes rencontrés.

Un hôtel qui vieillit
Je n'étais pas retourné dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années, et il vieillit sérieusement. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours —à cause du Covid, dit-on—, et lorsqu'elles le sont c'est assez sommaire, les tapis et canapés sont tachés, il faudrait refaire les peintures, changer une partie du mobilier... Quant au bar, il faut vouloir y aller, le menu affiché n'est qu'en finnois. Bref, c'était mieux avant. Personnel plus que sympathique et serviable à la réception, c'est déjà ça.

Comfort and convenience.
A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The railway station is a few minutes' walk away but the hotel is very quiet. Everything is close by.

Séjour très agréable, chambre design. Seul bémol, il n'y avait pas de restauration sur place en dehors des petits déjeuners et pas de chaîne TV française. Mais sinon tout le reste était fantastique. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Helsinki

Hôtel idéalement situé juste à côté de la gare, donc à 30 minutes de l’aéroport. A distance raisonnable à pied des principaux points d’attraction (shopping, restaurants, port...). Chambre calme et lit très confortable. Buffet du petit-déjeuner excellent et très grand choix de produits.

I had a pleasant stay at these hotel . For being a Radisson Blu , I was expecting a little bit of modern facilities. These hotel could really use an update . Being centrally located, walking distance to almost everything,I am sure they will get all there investment back in no time . Overall it is an excellent hotel .

Very nice and unique hotel located right in city center. Within walking distance of all tourist sights, but there is all kinds of transportation options readily available (Metro, Trolleys, Taxis, Buses, etc.) Central Railway Station is only a couple of blocks away, if you want to take a train from/to the airport. Taxi will set you back around 45 Euro. Plenty of restaurants and bars for blocks around the hotel. The rooms are very nice. It took me a while to figure out all the lights and power plugs, but once I did it, it was nice to have all the options. My only (If minor) issue, was the shower. I like my showers hot, but water was only warm at best (Not cold, so acceptable). Also there is no shower door, so there will be a lot of water splashed all over. I guess they expect that because there are two drains. If you have mobility issues, you may have problems getting into the shower (Actually a very tall bathtub). And even though that deep tub looked tempting, the water temperature made me think otherwise. Nice and quiet. I had a great night sleep the nights I was there. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location & best morning buffet in Finland
We are a family of four (two kids: ages 8 and 11) and spent two nights here before going up to Lapland - it was absolutely perfect. Warm and cozy lobby. Evening cookies and candy on the counter, which the kids loved. Excellent location literally just a block from the Central Train Station (very safe and clean in this area). Central to everything you’ll visit in the city. Close to shopping and restaurants. Morning buffet was the best of our entire trip in Finland (and we stayed at some very nice places in Lapland). Highly recommend for families.

Everything is perfect, the only thing is they serve breakfast late! On a weekend, it starts at 0730 if you have excursion , you will not be able to make it and not worth getting breakfast .. they will give u a pack to go though.. staff are friendly !
