Très beau, très propre, bon lit bonne literie, Déjeuner inclus en buffet et à la carte, excellent choix Accueuil avec un the en attendant Chek in vraiment apprécié. Pour avantage vip ils ont offert transport aéroport sans frais, ce qui nous a satisfait. Tout le personnel donne un EXCELLENT service. L'hôtesse de la salle a dîner de souvenait même de nos noms! Vraiment un hôtel a choisir!

I really loved this hotel from the beginning to the end : - well located in heart of old Quarter - many stores, spas, restaurants and else around - super design of the hotel and the rooms - super friendly staff, always a smile, they call you by your name, delicious welcome tea at arrival and greetings at the cab’s door when you leave the hotel. - as I’ve read on comments, the breakfast was so good and I confirm !

Un séjour très agréable passé dans cet hôtel où le personnel a été vraiment adorable et serviable. La décoration est reposante, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et variable. La chambre est propre et conforme à les photos. Le wifi est très faible voire inexistant dans la chambre.

We stayed 3 nights in this perfectly located hotel. (Old town) After 18hours of travel, we got our room at 9.00 AM (immidiately when we arrived) instead of 2:00 AM. - very clean rooms - breakfast with several flavor (very tasty) - the staff is very attentive and they will do their best to make your stay perfect. Excellent !!! Tout était parfait depuis Le transfert de l’aéroport à notre arrivée et jusqu’à notre départ. L’accueil était digne d’un 5 étoiles! Le personnel est très attentionné et réactif! Nous avions la suite avec terrasse, il s’agit d’une grande chambre décorée avec élégance et très confortable avec une grande terrasse, ce qui est plutôt rare dans le centre de Hanoï. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et une belle variété de plats, en plus du copieux buffet plusieurs options œufs, pancake etc sont rapidement préparés à la demande. Après avoir fait notre Check-out à midi, comme notre vol de retour était tard le soir, l’hôtel a mis à notre disposition une chambre en fin de journée, pendant une heure, pour se reposer et se doucher avant de partir pour l’aéroport. Nous recommandons vivement le O’Gallery premier !!! Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir rendus notre séjour merveilleux!

I had a great experience at O’gallery. Before arrival they reached out to offer transportation services from the airport. They also communicated that their hotel rooms are smaller in size. I messaged them regarding dropping off my luggage earlier than check in time. Their response was quick and I was able to drop off my luggage in the lobby. The rooms were nice and I like that the shower is separated from the toilet by a glass shower stall. I’m not sure if they having laundry machines but they do offer laundry services weighed by the Kg. The breakfast buffet in the morning is good. Has a good variety of foods like Mien ga, Croque monsieur, eggs Benedict, porridge, & pho etc. Location wise this is located in old quarter Ha Noi. I like that the hotel is located in the middle of a street rather at the end/corner of a street making it easier for Grab/taxi to park and pick you up. The rooms are a bit small but that is expected. The hallways do not have A/C and can get a bit hot and stuffy, however your room will have A/C. Staff was really friendly and attentive.

My wife and I were greeted at the door, the customer service only increased from there. We were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the best place we stayed at by FAR! This was mainly due to the amazing staff who catered to us like no one else ever has. In addition, the included breakfast buffet is amazing and features both traditional Vietnamese dishes & those commonly found in the West. O’Gallery staff are excellent they accommodated our every need. The hotel is clean and safe within walking distance of old quarter sites. We had two different rooms some don’t have external windows which meant a little dark we much preferred the window to look out of and have fresh air. Buffet was busy and nice enough but charge extra for coffee.

My recent stay at the O Gallery premium Hotel and spa, had its ups and downs. While there were some aspects of the hotel that I enjoyed, there were also a few areas that left something to be desired. Let's start with the positives. The staff at the Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, The bed was cozy, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. However, I couldn't help but notice that the bathroom was in need of some attention. While it was clean, there were a few minor issues such as dark colored grout and a strong urine smell coming from the drain that detracted from the overall experience. On the bright side, the hotel's dining options were excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I also enjoyed a few meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was consistently tasty and well-prepared. The location of the Hotel was also a plus, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. What truly stood out to me was Anna's friendly and approachable nature. She took the time to engage in genuine conversations with me, asking about my day and sharing stories about the local area. Big thanks to Thomas as well, for helping us connect with our tour operator.
