Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande salle de bain avec douche ainsi que la propreté des lieux. Le déjeuner inclus qui est offert au restaurant est très bon. L'aspect que nous avons le moins aimé est que la chambre était sombre et on ne pouvait ouvrir les stores qui étaient brisés.

Very quick and easy check in. Hotel was able to help me with my mobility concerns which was amazing! One constructive note, the number plates on the doors are quite dull and hard to see in the hallway lights. Besides that my original two days turned into four I had such a great relaxing stay!

On the most part it is as classy top notch property with very good rates. They were accommodating with us checking in early since my husband had a 3:00 business meeting he had to get ready for.
The “breakfast included” in the reservation was not clear and I did not have the patience this morning to investigate further.
The room only had mini blinds so the outside lights and early morning sun shone into our room.

I went to close the blinds and they fell on me. Left a mark on my arm. The next morning. there was no hot water. When I checked out I was told a manager would call me. I waited until Tuesday until I called. I left a message and I still haven’t gotten a call . I had been using this hotel to stay at for when I came to Grande Prairie for meetings. I am local to the Peace Country and I am extremely disappointed

Room was average to low-average in terms of age and condition of furnishings throughout. From the cabinets to the side chair to the bathroom. All was dated and showed its age. Clean, yes. Comfortable bed, sure. But the property needs an update.

The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The restaurant has excellent service and food.
The overall atmosphere is very dark. The rooms are dark. A few lightbulbs would certainly help. The venetian blind in our room did not work. The door opener cover fell off each time we touched it with our door card.
The hotel is suffering from lack of maintenance.

Got to the hotel around 5:30, the front desk radio called the cleaning team who said the room was finished being cleaned. When I got up the house keeper was still in it, took another 20 minutes to finish the room while I waited in the hall.
The AC in the room was not working so it was very warm the whole night!
