The property itself was fine; the room was large, comfortable and the hotel itself is lovely. Most of the staff is great and friendly, especially at the restaurant, but it's been hit and miss with some of the front desk staff. The hotel itself and room were clean.

Chambre propre mais la chaise, divan, etc, étaient très usés-ees et endommagés-ées! Le petit-déjeuner était bon, pas plus! L'edifice et son contenu était moyen ayant besoin d'une mise à jour dans son ensemble. Pour un soir pas plus; considérant le taux demandé par nuit. .

I booked a room with a queen sized bed with balcony but that was given away when we arrived even though I had paid for it. Our room was so dirty! The white linens were stained . If we wanted our home cleaned (we had a 4 night stay) we had to ask.. even for clean towels. The staff did very little cleaning and hid out in a room by the laundry. We saw the manager calling them out on several occasions. The door to the balcony was so gross we decided not to open it. Luckily I had Lysol wipes and cleaned the surfaces myself. Breakfast was stale pastries.. they looked delicious so we were very disappointed. Would not stay there again.

Right at the parking lot huge crowd smoking weed, not a great impression. It took around one hour to check-in as the room was not ready. People were kind but service was slow. The property looks old, carpets and furniture are overdue for a makeover. Large rooms and had everything you need for one night stay!

Hotel overall it’s old and not well maintained. Before even entering the property the speakers with the “lobby” music are busted. Staff at the front desk seem to don’t care about the service they provide and the manner of greeting guests. Our room was “ready” as requested for before check in time (11:00 am). Room was “clean” but it needs a deep cleaning. Mini fridge not working, coffee machine not working. TVs with no channels programmed, the tv on the room probably fell down someday and it was damaged so you could not even see the in one side of the monitor. Carpets on the halls need new ones or at least a good clean up. Came down to tell them about what we had experienced and again the staff does not seem to care. I would love to have a refund on my stay as I could not enjoy the 1 night we stayed with my family

Staff is always very pleasant here. I especially love the warm welcoming feel I get each time I stay. Christina front desk staff is my all time favorite! She has the best customer service skills ever! Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She keeps me coming back! This is my new found place to stay whenever i visit South Florida. This was my 3rd stay here been staying since Nov 2022. All the staff here are very pleasant! I adore the female security guard, she takes her job very serious yet she is very kind and helpful! I met the newest manager during this last stay he was very warm and friendly too. I believe his name is Roger. Besides the great staff, the rooms are huge and very clean! Big shot to the cleaning crew staff! Way to gp Sheraton! Keep shining!!

I didn't like the lack of cleanness on the pool deck. There was gecco/lizzard droppings which was unavoidable to walk around, which got on our shoes. Would strongly recommend having a deck hand to be cleaning the walking area around the pool.
