Aucun service, nous avons eu problème avec la toilette, le réservoir ne se remplissait pas d'eau. Le monsieur est venu deux fois sans régler le problème, mais aucun nouvelle après. Devions lever le couvercle pour faire partir. Devions aller chercher nos serviettes à l'accueil autant pour la piscine que pour les douches. Nous dise qu'on doit appeler. nous avons appeler, mais nous n'en avions pas plus. La sécheuse ne fonctionne pas bien non plus, après deux paiement pour séchage de linge, toujours pas sec et n'ont pas de change pour vous. Déjeuner moyen, si il manque quelque chose pas vraiment leur problème. Pour le prix que ça coûte, je ne retournerai pas là-bas.

J’avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel y’a deux ans,j’ai donc pu une constater sa dégradation Ménage de la chambre sur demande au moins 24h avant ! Quand le ménage est fait , il est plutôt léger ,ils ont même oublier de remettre des taies d’oreiller . Petit déjeuner correct et le personnel du petit déjeuner plutôt souriante et disponible . Séjour décevant malgré un hôtel correct.

Parking was great and lobby smelled amazing! Staff was very friendly and prompt, but as someone who usually stays at Sheraton Suites I would not recommend this hotel the rooms are not as appeared online ! Mostly dark and very unwelcoming as you enter the elevator. The bathrooms are very tight and uncomfortable.

Girl at desk was un professional. Rude. I asked for a manager and was told there wasnt one. I am a Hilton Honor's customer and I wont return to this location. Room smelled like mold, we were supposed to me near friends and family. We had 4 rooms. One of our rooms was on a differebt floor and none of the rooms were side by side. Horrible experience here.

The pool was closed at 8pm. The breakfast Monday-Friday was until 9am. The lamps in our room were dirty and the pillows smelled not cleaned. The room was big but it was vey dark the lightbulbs were very low on the lighting. Overall is okay the hotel wouldn’t stay again.

Great night sleep - sheets were so soft. Hot water took a minute in the shower but it was there. We walked to movies and dinner. Morning shuttle was a little messy - we signed our name on the sheet the front desk said to sign but they wasn’t the list the driver had in the morning. We were able to squeeze in so all was good.

We were confortable just did not like how the room smelled and the bed sheets in one of the bed were not clean.
