Staff at front desk very nice and welcomed us with bottles of water, which we appreciated. Fast and easy check in and check out. Room nice and clean. Bed VERY confortable! Wow! There were decaf and quality products in the room. When the breakfast is included, it is usually very basic but not at Fairfield Inn. there were sausages, eggs, yogourt, waffles, many toppings, variety of juices, cereals and something that we usually don’t see often: oat milk, decaf and splenda. All this at a reasonable price. 7 minutes driving only from the airport. We recommend.

Chambre intéressante et propre, mais service de transport de l'aéroport à l'Hôtel ZERO attente d'environ une heure et nous avons dû nous obstiner pour faire sortir des gens qui venaient d'arriver qui s'étaient empressés d'entrer dans le bus alors que nous mettions nos valises à l'arrière et qu'il n'y avait plus de place pour nous ??? nous les avons fait sortir. Le lendemain on devait se rendre dans le port de Miami et clairement ils ne comprennent pas ce mot Miami. Ils nous ont amené à l'aéroport des Everglades ??? Nous leur avions répété à 3 reprises que nous allions à Miami. Nous avons dû payer 150$ US sinon ils nous ramenaient à l'hôtel pour utiliser un autre transport. Plus jamais je n'utiliserai leurs services. Je ne recommande pas ce service plus que déficient.

The refrigerator was leaking water. The commode did not flush and not fixed until next day as no Maintenance person was available until 8 am next morning. The kitchen stuff preparing breakfast was rude. The room was not made up . We pay good money to stay and expect better service

the hotel is fine the only thing that I have an issue is the snacks in the lobby are outrageously priced. I understand the need to make money but over $3 dollars for a 1.5 oz of chips is just a ripoff.

My bathroom toilet was backed up. They did come and fix it, but the fact that i had to go downstairs to use the lobby toilet didn't sit well with me.

Very clean room and common areas. Comfortable bed, though small room. The staff was amazing front desk and ladies in the dining area included. Bathroom was a little worn out, somewhat not up to date furniture in the room but definetely the necessary and very clean.
