Le B accueillait des jeunes de l'Université de Miami. Un temps beaucoup trop long pour l'arrivée. Lobby rempli d'étudiants, bagages, boissons, etc. On a ignoré mon inquiétude d'être en plein milieu bde tout ce mode "Let's party..." m'indiquant que ma chambre est bien située et tout. Une demande de changer de tour a été refusée. Une politique de temps calme après 22 h. Un appel au front desk à 23 h et un peu plus calme après minuit. Par contre, les jeunes n'avaient aucune difficulté à venir s'installer devant la porte de notre chambre (cour intérieure) où se trouve un petit coin salon extérieur. Très fâcheux et on se demande quelles son les priorités de cet établissement. Le seul , j'ai demandé un crédit pour les "Resort fees". Vraiment dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé, la mer, restos et tout.

Le prix semble intéressant mais les frais cachés rendent cet établissement beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il a à offrir. Un Resort fee de 40$ US par jour, un service de valet obligatoire à 50$ US par jour plus le pourboire. C’était notre première et notre dernière fois à cet endroit.

Poor quality-price ratio, I payed more than 400$ for a very noisy room close to the technical local, without bath mat and soap. I slept with taps in my ears and even like this I could ear the cars on the road, the room was near the technical room so the noise was continuous. the rooms are kind of old, I am sorry but I really did not enjoy my experience, even more for this kind of price rate.

The staff is very good. Room is not. The bathroom door and floor filthy. You can’t even hang up a towel no hooks. Give you one garbage can and take it. Had to call down to get it replaced more than once. Room is small. Skip balcony rooms. Metal blocking the view when you sit. It’s one of the worst hotels. It’s very old. One pool blocked off due to work men. No reason after 4 they could not open it. Charges for amenities and parking are not worth the money this cost for 5 days. No shuttle service and poor dining options. They need to redue this place.

$55 per night valet parking should be reflected in your nightly stay. The fact that there is no other parking options makes the per night cost more then the advertised cost for a room. Gym is a joke for a property this size. Dumbbells and two benches cardio machines is all there is. The one piece of gym equipment for a cable workout is beyond usable as the cables are all broken. Towels in our room had holes in them and were dingy and old feeling.

The rooms are very out dated and lighting was very dark, after we checked in we had to ask for our room to be cleaned “again” then waited another hour and the room still wasn’t touched so we had to go and ask again for the 3rd time were we were told that it should be done within 45 minutes and was finally. Our room was very loud and was located directly behind the elevator, all night long all we could hear was the elevator. Overall the hotel was ok, the best part was the location pool and beach, if you’re looking for the top of the line hotel this isn’t it.

The beach was great. Breakfast at the Naked Crab was good. Being locked out of our room 3 times in less than 24 hours and having to switch rooms multiple times wasn’t ideal. The original room was great if the lock wasn’t malfunctioning. Then we were moved to two rooms that were not the same as the original. When we asked to be moved to a room with the same amenities as the original room the woman at the front desk acted as if we were the problem and making an outlandish request however we were only asking for the same amenities we originally had. Most of the other staff was friendly but it was disappointing to be treated as if it was unreasonable to want to be able to return to our room without having to stand outside for 45 mins to an hour in the hot sun waiting for security to let us back into our room.

There was not a pool open after dark, i want to night swim while I'm on vacation. There was not a mermaid show. I was not aware of the Valley only parking. There needs to be a trash can in the room bathroom and more counterspace, you could put a legde under the mirror. The staff was nice.

The hotel didn’t give us a warning that the second pool was under construction, they didn’t have any bikes and they didn’t have enough pool chairs for how many people were there. It was extremely crowded and the beach staff bringing drinks/food was very slow (40 minutes to get a beer). The area around the hotel is more city like- public beach access is directly next to the hotel so any tournaments or camps can be heard from the beach area. You are in walking distance to some bars/restaurants.

We chose a hotel that would be on the beach that would also have an indoor pool.We arrived at the hotel late the first night so it wasn’t until the second day we looked around the actual hotel.When we arrived the first night to our room, there was still dirt all over the bathroom floor and the small bottles left for shampoo etc had a half used and opened lotion. Our check in started at 4 and we did not check in until midnight so it wasn’t rushed.The second day we tried to get ice and the ice maker on our floor did not work. We went down a floor-again did not work. We went down to the first sky walk on floor 4 -did not work. We had to walk across the sky walk to the next tower and of course theirs works because it’s right where the lobby is. We went to the outside pool where they offer 2 towels for 4 paid guests. Not a huge deal, we shared. Very limited seating so good luck finding anything. We decided to go to the beach. Was beautiful out and then your typical small rain but some lightning. W/ little kids we ran back inside & decided to try the indoor pool. CLOSED! Huge disappointment. No car so nothing else to do.At night we had to go back to the outdoor pool after dinner with the kids. This was when the bar out there closes and there isn’t staff outside. With that being said we had several very inappropriate adults. Fair for their vacation but another pool would be great.
