« After a rather Rocky start, because of poor communication, things started to move smoothly. The owner was very prompt after that and all issues were addressed with 100 percent satisfaction.. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Only issues we had were that the couch is either broken or poorly designed. Nobody could sit on it comfortably. When we arrived the patio door was off track and didn't work and because it wasn't our property, shouldn't have had to repair but we managed...

« The house is in a fabulous location- steps away from the beach in beautiful Sunny Isles. It was convenient, and offered just what we needed, a refreshing change of scenery with our son and grandchild. The outdoor table and chairs in the lovely backyard added to our enjoyment, and the boogy board was a nice addition for our teenager. »
