Very dirty, Holes in the walls, paint peeling all throughout the room and shower, shower doesn’t work. For the price, yuck. I have stayed in much nicer rooms for the same price.

The mattresses were like cardboard Very hard and uncomfortable They need to be replaced Bath area had cigarette burns on fixtures in a non smoking room Also two light fixtures would not turn on. overall the condition was bad.

Bed was comfortable, but rooms had recently been remodeled and they look like they had done it in a hurry. There were loose floor tiles that kept snagging my socks or pinching my feet. There was spots in the bathroom still not painted, you could see area that were painted over were the caulk hadn’t been completed right. Never heard any of my neighbors. Room was very reasonable for just a one nightvstay.

Was not happy with reservation . Reserved a non smoking room . Called and confirmed we would have nonsmoking but when we arrived was given smoking and smell was terrible . We had booked 2 nights but checked out after 1 night .. staff was very nice and had no problem with a refund . Followed expedias advice about calling to confirm but did no good .. not at all happy with Expedia for that . No need to book and pick what you need if it doesn’t happen

the staff said last time i stayed i left the room filthy. i always leave a hotel with the linens in 1 pile. the trash by the trash and a tip... if people don't want to clean a room after someone stayed they should find a different job... that is why you pay top dollar to stay in a hotel... i was harrassed and reminded daily that i left the room dirty my last stay. they were speaking to me like a child. i reminded them that i am paying and that i was old enough to be most of thier parents. the management has changed. even tho i have stayed at this hotel for 30 years i will not stay there again

Room was dirty, i did not step foot into the shower. Walks had blood and more, i was not given a new room after letting desk know. I felt as if they did not care. . Expedia did credit me $50 in one-key which was great. I was able to use this to find a clean room at the Supoer 8 a shoirt distance away for next night. Only bright spot was the clerk at check in nice. room upon letting dedk knowxthexproblems

When I got to my door, there was a mini-frig sitting by the front door. The floor was uneven and soft in some places. There were roaches crawling across the floor. The shower head was about chin height and the water pressure was almost too low to shower well. Also, there was not hot water. I checked out after the first night. I was supposed to stay two nights but after the roaches I wanted to leave.

Where do i start? Tub fixture was broke, toilot was leveled using cardboard plus it wldnt flush properly, lights didnt work going into the bedroom, someones long hair was all over the side of the shower, beds were yellow stained, roaches were everywhere, bedding did not smell clean, the floor by the tub was sinking in, didnt look like housekeeping had been there, floor was nasty not swept, there was some kind of dirty grease and goo from peoples hands on the light switches, shower obviously wasnt cleaned, there was bugs in the light globes....most disgusting place ive stayed in, then when i tell the people at the front desk about the roach infestation they laugh...until i poured a plastic cup of live roaches out on the counter in front of them and told them some people dont want to take pets home, so they might want to fix their problem. Then the clerk just says....whoops. Definitely not a way to run your business and needs reported to the department of health. I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. If they want 5 stars for health hazards they have it.
