Hotel parfaitement localisé pour la vielle ville
Chambre et sanitaire propre et fidèle aux photos. Le personnel était très serviable et le petit déjeuné inclut très copieux. Positionné juste à côté du Royal Mile, c’est un hôtel parfait comme point de départ pour toute visite dans la vielle ville, ou comme point de lancement pour prendre bus/train vers d’autre partie de la ville ou d’autre ville en Ecosse. Seul bémol étant la qualité du nettoyage pendant notre séjour – bien que la chambre fût propre à l’arrivé, le nettoyage journalier manquait d’assiduité.

Petit séjour en couple dans cette belle ville d'Edimbourg. concernant l'hôtel nous étions dans un chambre qui prenait l'eau!! je ne sais pas si toutes sont comme cela? mais avec l'humidité et condensation au fenêtre de l'eau coulait des fenêtre toute la nuit on avait le bruit de l'eau qui coule et le sol était trempe on a du mettre des linges. de plus malheureusement nous avions la chambre derrière l'ascenseur qui c'est trouvé être très bruyante un vas et vient jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Sinon le service était très bien, personnel accueillant et rapide

Hotel was very centrally located. It's essentially across the street from the Waverley train station which made it a good choice for me. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only real complaint was that there was construction happening and there was a bunch of scaffolding directly outside my window, so I kept the blinds mostly closed so workers couldn't see in. It was also a bit noisy in the mornings when they started working, but otherwise that's more of an unlucky timing thing than a major issue. I'd stay there again if I was in Edinburgh on another trip, as it was a good spot and very convenient for getting around the main attractions of the city.

We loved the location of Leonardo Royal and the staff. Hotel is a 10 minute walk (with luggage) from the main train station. There are steps and a passageway right thru the property leading up to The High Street, which has numerous restaurants, pubs, churches, and at the top, Edinburgh Castle - all walking distance. Staff were wonderful, stored our luggage until check in, offered directions and dining suggestions. Would stay here again.

Very lovely staff and the hotel was wonderful. Lovely big bed and just perfect for a romantic get away. Construction at the back of the hotel which was very noisy but wasn’t too much of an issue for us.
