We have one night to stay in easton. And the room is full of roaches we left about 4 hours of the check it. Room 1003 was disgusting. They're staying in the carpet and it looked like I hadn't even been cleaned

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of the issue you experienced here at the Grand Eastonian. We have operated for fifteen years and never had a problem with these pests in the past. That said , we took, IMMEDIATE action and contacted our pest control company to investigate this to find out if a new problem has emerged, and if it has, we will ensure that it is taken care of promptly and effectively. Thank you again.

The suite was very spacious, however it was very cold and the best feature, the fireplace, did not work!! I had to turn on the oven and leave the oven door open to warm up the room!..

Beautiful hotel with unique cozy rooms! Altho I was expecting a bigger/better breakfast than what they had it was still good.
