Bon choix d’hôtel
Séjour parfait. L’hôtel est tout neuf, assez impersonnel. Manque un peu de chaleur, placo blanc et déco colorée ne parviennent pas à en faire un endroit cosy, mais c’est le seul bémol. C’est très propre, le personnel est charmant et dévoué.

Période de Noël. Hôtel facile d'accès, personnel à l'écoute, très propre, spacieux et confortable. Chambre très grande, très bien pensée et conçue, moderne dans son utilisation (tablette tactile). Lit confortable, eau et café à disposition. Salle de bain dispose de beaucoup de place avec le plus, une lampe chauffante infrarouge. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix tant au niveau nourriture que pour les boissons et surtout de qualité ! L'hôtel est très respectueux de l'environnement dans son ensemble. A 10 minutes à pied des superbes ''marchés de Noël" et des rues commerçantes. Un parking se trouve dans l'immeuble, 20€/24h (accès très facile). Le : Hôtel très bien situé et un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le - éventuel: 1/la tablette tactile qui gère la télévision peut s'avérer compliquée pour des personnes non initiées. 2/Prix du parking fort élevé, même avec une réduction offerte. Franchement, nous recommandons cet établissement.

Très très très agréablement surpris par cette hôtel qui vraiment à été pour moi un véritable sans faute .. L’accueil à été parfait !! Le petit déjeuner buffet et juste excellent. L’emplacement est juste idéal, j’ai pas une seul fois pris un taxi car il est particulièrement bien placé. Et l’hôtel est particulièrement propre.. Si j’avais su je serai resté 1 nuit de plus, venant de temps en temps à Düsseldorf faire du shopping, il est sûr que c’est ici que dorénavant je viendrai..

Hotel central très bien situé avec un supermarché à coté. Tout est ultra fonctionnel, propre et efficace. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec jus d'orange frais.

Hôtel très agréable, d'apparence très récent. Le service est soigné. La chambre est bien équipé et surtout très calme. En prime un petit déjeuner qui déchire. Seul bémol, à la réception il parle allemand et anglais mais pas français, moi qui ne parle ni l'un, ni l'autre... Vu le standing, je m'étais attendu aux moins à ce qu'il ai des notions de français. Mais ça ne nous à pas empêcher de nous comprendre

Wir hätten gern im Vorfeld per Mail erfahren, dass die Tiefgarage, die unmittelbar unter dem Hotel liegt, über das Wochenende geschlossen war. Erst auf Nachfrage hat man uns eine relativ weit abgelegene andere Tiefgarage genannt; die zudem auch noch 10,- Euro teurer war. Außerdem haben wir fast eine halbe Stunde aufs „Einchecken“ gewartet, weil das Personal am Empfang vollkommen überlastete war. Das gebuchte „Superior Zimmer“ war nicht mehr verfügbar, so haben wir nur ein „City Doppelzimmer“ bekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad und im Zimmer waren eher durchschnittlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut!

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Zu bemängeln gab es nur den Platzmangel beim Frühstück. Zur Hauptfrühstückzeit war es sehr beengt und man musste mit Wartezeit rechnen, trotz Ausweichmöglichkeit vor dem Frühstücksraum. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum hat die Situation sehr gut gemeistert um alle Tische wieder ordentlich herzurichten und die Lebensmittel wurden bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt, was sehr lobenswert ist.

Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht, hat aber etwas von einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Die Zimmer sind ok, wenn auch keine Schönheit. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert eher an eine Kantine, als an einen gemütlichen Frühstücksraum eines Hotels. Preis/Leistungsmäßig gibt es vermutlich bessere Alternativen.

A fantastic hotel, great breakfast, walkable to most places of interest and a great room and most comfortable bed and super helpful and nice staff. The only downside was the shower over the quite high bath tub and no anti slip matting. Had a great stay for 4 nights and would most definitely stay here at the carat hotel again if in Düsseldorf

Prima uitvalsbasis voor de altstadt. Modern basic hotel met alle basis voorzieningen. Parkeren 20 euro per dag ( gereduceerd dagtarief). Hotel zit boven een parkeergarage. Deze is openbaar vandaar het gereduceerde tarief. Wel parkeerkaart omwisselen bij uitchecken. Standaard kamer heeft geen minibar.
