Excellent séjour !
Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une magnifique suite au 32ème étage avec balcon et vue sur le spectacle des fontaines ! Confort et équipement au top, excellent petit déjeuner. Le personnel très présent et disponible si besoin.

Hôtel bien placé à côté du burj et du dubai mall. Personnel accueillant. Mais si vous venez en famille prévoyez des draps,couverture et lit car ils ne vous les mettes pas à dispo, il faut payer un supplément alors que vous avez payé un séjour pour 4.

Great hotel with great view
The hotel is on a great location, close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Very nice and helpful staff. Had to ask a few times for towels in the bathroom because they were always missing. Aside from that, everything was great. To be recommended.

Magnifique séjour
C'est un super hôtel avec un personnel formidable qui font tout pour être bien. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec salon , cuisine. Je le conseille fortement. On est très proche du burj khalifa et du Dubaï mall.

Mon séjour pas très très mâle. A Cause de très mauvais service . Tres Cher prix pour rien l'emplacement 1,5km pour aller à bourj khalifa et Dubia mall a pied 2-3km pour Aller ou métro.

Hôtel bien situé par contre entouré de travaux avec énormément de bruit nuit et jours impossible de se reposer et de dormir. Piscine peu agréable orienté enclaver entre deux tours en construction bruyant et soleil inexistant. Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine frigo ferme mal un seul verre pendant le séjour pour 3 personnes malgré un appel à la réception. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles pas de peignoir dans la chambre. Pour le standing du quartier c'est un peu léger

Emplacement EXCEPTIONNEL : vue sur la Burj Khalifa ET les fontaines de la chambre.... Accès A PIEDS en 10mn au Mall (en passant devant l'Opéra), aux restaurants etc..autour des fontaines. Délicieuse odeur dans tout l'établissement. Extrême gentillesse de tout le personnel : toujours prévenant et souriant !! Mention spéciale à Mr Issa Janoura (sales manager), Reda et Shahzad. Hotel suite très bien. Nous avions une belle suite. Bien situé dans le downtown Dubai. Proche des fontaines et du Dubail mall à pied. Sinon, attention, le métro est plutôt éloigné, prendre un taxi.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel proche à pied de Burj Khalifa et Dubai mall ( 15min environ) Nous avions pris un appartement avec 2 chambres et cuisine , très pratique pour être tous ensembles et pour prévoir vos repas si vous le souhaitez, supermarché au pied de de l’hotel, Piscine agréable ; assez grande Propreté excellente Personnel agréable et au petits soins

3 immeubles en construction juste devant l'hôtel. Réveil à 7h tous les matins avec le bruit des camions, des pelleteuses et des bétonnières... Même chose lorsque l'on se trouve au bord de la piscine, vue sur les travaux et bruits de fond désagréables.

Suite Junior avec vue en partie sur la Burj Kalifa et les fontaines et vue également en face du lit sur une tour en travaux. Très bruyant toute la journée. Ils commencent à 5h du matin. Chambre très grande, cuisine équipée, mais manque de quoi faire la vaiselle ou un torchon par exemple. Pas de pastilles non plus pour le lave-vaisselle. Salle de bien à rénover d'urgence. Les robinets ne fonctionnaient pas et les meubles vieillots. La piscine une catastrophe, sale et mal entretenue. Nous avons attendu 20 min pour avoir des serviettes. Vue sur immeuble en construction et impossible de discuter ou de se relaxer tellement il y a de bruit autour. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable. Hôtel très bien situé, à 10min à pied du Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa et fontaines. Très pratique.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à la tour Burj Khalifa, le Dubai Mall, l'opéra, les fontaines etc... A pied environ 10 mn environ car il faut actuellement faire un détour à cause de travaux. Seul inconvénient de l'hôtel est le chantier qui travaille presque jour et nuit !!!! Il aurait fallu avoir des chambres donnant de l'autre côté ! Sinon très bon accueil, très bon service, personnel très soucieux de rendre tous es services possibles. Restaurant très bien,

Au top en plein coeur de Downtown
Le Ramada est un endroit parfait pour séjourner en mode "appart hotel" avec une situation parfaite à downtown ainsi que pour la vue. Le seul bémol est le fait de ne pas avoir été mis au courant que la piscine était fermée pour rénovation.

Had the best stay in Ramada. It is walking distance to many restaurants and Dubai mall. They were very attentive and they also offer free shuttle services to certain places. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The hotel is in great condition and is well-kept. Staff are very kibd and helpful.
