my 10-day stay went very well but the cleaning of the room was not optimal, no replacement of towels when they are on the floor, forgetting dirty sheets in the room.. no taxi available all the time. . not a wide choice for room service available

Worst service I have ever seen
This is by the worst hotel I have been to service wise ! It all started when we arrived around midnight after almost 14 hourd of flight to check in, not s single smile we were told to sit somewhere and wait to be called to check in. They didnt even take our name and let some « UAE Guests » check in right away as we watched. Every encounter we had with them has been disorganized and frustrating, they were not even able to order a cab for us in less than 20 minutes. We booked the hotel again for another night in a couple of days and we regret this decision after such a poor service... the room was clean and confortable at least

Overall Hotel building is nice with good friendly staff. far from Metro and shuttle times are limited. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Room layout is not what I like with main door and bathroom door directly opening in the room, instead of a entrance corridor.

This was a HORRIBLE hotel. There seems to be a horrible smell in all the rooms. The smell off mold. It’s even in the hallways. They took us to 3 rooms until we got to a room that the less amount t of smell. And we talked to others and they all complained about the same thing. They know this is a issue and they are doing nothing to fix the problem. The service at the pool is horrible. The life guard hardly watches the kids in the pool. Unlike all the other hotels we have been too. Food is horrible and super expensive. I wouldn’t stay here again . The only good thing good about this hotel is location .

At 3:00am, the shower head in the bathroom started leaking loudly on the day I was to travel in the early morning. The hotel sent maintenance and then was out of hot water. Was very disruptive to my sleep and travels. Expected much more out of the Millennium. Unfortunate.

Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.
This is an average hotel with decent amenities. However we had a few issues. We had to push and push to get our room cleaned daily and there was reluctance and delay. Also you don’t get that generosity and hospitality feeling that you get in some other Dubai hotels esp the Palm Jumeirah hotels.
