THE BATH TUB AND SHOWER CURTAIN WAS DISGUSTING. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE! THE POOL ADVERTISED DOESN'T HAVE WATER IN IT. A TOILET IS SITTING OUT BESIDE THE STAIRS GOING UPSTAIRS TO THE ROOM. JUST NOT VERY WELL AT ALL THERE.

Cleaning staff is not friendly room was not serviced unlike most places you have to request that your room be serviced, I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels only got clean towels 1 time when I went to front desk and asked for clean towels I was told no the cleaning staff was gone for the day first time it’s was 138pm the swcond time it was 1226pm told again cleaning staff was gone and front desk did not have key to linen building so I wasted the towels and had to buy trash bags this was frustrating but the day of check out the guy in charge of cleaning beat on our door at 848am told us “up check out at 11 need to clean room” well this is unacceptable we know when to check out we were checked out by 1043 while taking our belongings to our car 6 times he approached me very rudely pointing at his watch telling me “ check out is 11 go we clean room” ok whatever but what pissed is off was when he approached our teenage daughter asking her “why still here?” When she began to tell him we were checked just loading car he cut her off stating “ check out at 11 go” this man was out of pace and not to mention his cleaning skills are very lacking

Bed was hard only a mattress on a board. Woke up with sore muscles. Outlet pulled from wall when I tried to use it.

Extremely dirty, especially the floors. They were so greasy it was hard to walk on them. Keep your shoes on! TV didn't work at all so not much to do. Went to the front desk and they gave us another room, which was already occupied! Just a bad experience all the way around.

The place was a mess. The floors were black and sticky. The tv screen was smeared along with the mirror. The toilet seat was broken. The tub was nasty and I almost fell stepping in the shower because the tub looked oily. The water knob in the shower was broken. Room 108 smelled like bleach when entering but was anything but clean. Even the towels had black stains on them. I have photos but couldn't get them off of my laptop.

When we arrived to our room it wasn’t cleaned from the person before. The towels were dirty, the bed wasn’t made, there was sticky stuff on the tables and counters. The hotel isn’t located in a safe location. There were people up and yelling on the balcony until 5 am.
