This is the worst property I’ve ever stayed. The lobby smelled like cigarettes, the rooms smell like cigarettes, the “chefs” that cooked the “breakfast” had pijamas and flip flops on. The rooms were dirty and the carpets were bubbling. Terrible smell of cigarettes from a property that calls it self “smoke free”

The the floors in the bathroom under the sink was dirty. The bath tub was dirty with light dirt rings. The carpet was not vacuumed. The fridge and the microwave was nasty with old food in corners of edge of the doors of fridge and microwave. The key to my room stop working twice during my stay. You were only allowed 2 towels and 2 hand towels. The lobby smelled like poop at different times.

This hotel was NASTY! The rooms are outdated, stains on the floor and furniture, lamps crooked, spiders crawling on the ceiling. I will not EVER stay here again. I’m embarrassed for booking this room for relatives visiting from out of town. Hotel needs to be revamped BAD AND ASAP!

Outdated and dingy. Dirt and dead insects build up behind the bed. Sole plate on the irons were burnt-out, key cards had to be reset 3 times. Water leaked fron above during the rain, payment system wouldn't except deposit (had to pay extra atm fee to get cash on the spot to pay deposit.) The only Quality there was on the sign outside. Breakfast wasn't replenish well before time to end. I had go outside to get food.

I have Choice Hotel Rewards so the wife and I have stayed in many Quality Inns across the US. This one is the absolute worst one. The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, stains on the wall. The night stand draw was broken sitting in the stand sideways. The dresser the tv was on was stained and chipped. My wife almost fell when she sat in the desk chair because it was loose. I went plug my cell phone in behind the nightstand and there was dust, dirt and trash. I was scared to reach behind there to use the outlet. The bathroom floor hand dirt and hair in the corners. There wasn’t enough towels for to people. I went get more towels and was given one set because they were out of towels, I had to turn in the towels we had before they gave me the one set. We asked for room service the next day, the room was never serviced in the 3 days we were there. We choose this Quality Inn because it had a 7 out of 10 rating. If that hotel is a 7 I would hate to see a 5. There is no way in H:$L this place is a 7. Expedia should stop listing this hotel, it’s a disservice to your customers to have this hotel as a choice. Terrible absolutely terrible hotel!!!!!

Every day I had to get my room key rescanned because it would stop working. Never got room service for a whole week. Water spots in the ceiling in the room. The breakfast you wouldn’t feed to a dog. Then you are not allowed to take the food back to your room to eat.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Water stains and damage, nasty and stained mattresses, cigarette burns on counters and the beds, smelled, water bubbling up in the sink when you flush the toilet, rude customer service that still charged my card even though I was in the room for less than 10 minutes before leaving because I felt so unsafe and grossed out. I would leave 0 stars if I could!

Bad for a suburban area
Had a long drive was very tired 10min wait before checking in the room tub and toilet was very dirty had to go all the way back downstairs to show the guy at the front desk he then assigned us to another room where paint or something was falling from the ceiling without accommodating us at all.

Very old hotel but, Honestly I think they are doing the best they can to keep it clean (cleaning crew and front desk). In this type of scenarios you realize is not about the employees but the corporation (CHOISE HOTELS) that don’t give a rats tale to update the infrastructure!

There was a power outage in my area of town. I chose this hotel because of the convenience and the price. The check- in process went smoothly. My room was outdated, it wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly, and it needed to be dusted. The mini-fridge was unclean and so was the microwave. The air was cold. I had to call the front desk to complain about the problem
