The property was very clean and new in appearance. The free breakfast was good and the amenities were enjoyable. I would recommend staying here for a Detroit trip

I had to call the front desk 4 times... whoever room was above mines was walking back and forth....stomping... jumping... slamming doors all night long until 4 am... other then the rude guest above me had a great experience

This property is rude and disrespectful. Do not stay there. They try to charge you $200 deposit for one room it’s not worth it. Food is nasty and my shower curtains was dirty when I checked in my room.

Building looked newer. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The continental breakfest was not horrible for a change. I would stay there again!

It was a terrible hotel terrible customer service the room was 58 degrees while it was cold outside and the ac wouldn’t turn off. The room was so dirty.

Hotel staff was friendly but the hotel was very dirty. Our room was not cleaned when we checked in but staff quickly corrected and gave us a new one. Coffee area was trashed through the evening and still like that the next morning. No bath towels available.

Do not stay here ! I travel every weekend for work and this one has been one of the worst , so I reserved 2 rooms they gave me 1 only they said they could not find the second 1 , then they found it , then they said Expedia changed reservation date that it’s not the first time Expedia does this , then Expedia calls them and they can’t get a hold of a manager then guy tells me he does have the room but I have to pay for it so I tell Expedia I’m willing to pay at there price because I need the room as long as I get a refund or credit , I get a email today from Expedia saying unfortunately the hotel can’t give me a refund because of rules and policies.

Property was your typical holiday inn setting. Only stayed one night. Room was clean, but bathroom could have been a little more clean. You can tell the walls near the toilet do not get wiped near enough as they should. As being a previous housekeeper for a chain hotel when I was younger, I have high standards for cleanliness. This property was average.

Everything was great except we couldn’t sleep because every 20-30 minutes there was very loud door banging/thumping until 3:30 am. Drug dealer/hooker vibes. Told front desk in morning and they said they have security for that.

Nice hotel with a good hot breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. But when is daily maid service going to return? Almost non existent on a 4 night stay. Pretty much empty the garbage and towels only.

The toilet seat have an issue with water not flushing and the sink water also was very shallow,we complained and they switched our room which has the same issue when we complained again they called the manager “Logan “and he said if you don’t like it move to another hotel !!!this is the manager!!

Staying with our two young children, checked in on Christmas Day for two nights. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We used the pool that evening and the light covers for the underwater pool lights were detached and that wasn’t very inviting…or probably very safe. Very skimpy on the towels overall….we had to ask for towels multiple times during our stay, housekeeping provided two on checkin and two the next day…even though we had 4 people in our room. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Just looks like the whole place was thrown up by contractors and workers who were in a hurry…not painted or wallpapered very carefully. Overall it was fine but I don’t think we’d stay here again.
