L'endroit est très propre et bien situé. Cependant, le sevice est plutot moyen. Nous sommes arrivé en milieu d'apres-midi. Nos chambres n'étaient pas pretes, ceci n'est pas si problématique. Par contre, le personnel nous a demandé d'apporter nos valise avec nous à la piscine.. Ce qui est quand meme ordinaire. L'escalier menant à la plage a été détruite il y a 3 mois par une tempete et n'est toujours pas reconstruit. Aucun WIFI de disponible dans les chambres, nous sommes en 2023...

Hotel un peu vieillot qui aurait besoin de rajeunissement. Pour le service (4+) pour le personnel (4++) pour la propreté (3) pour l'insonorisation (3+) pour le confort (3+) Tapis a changé, ou du moins à laver. Pour le prix, je recommande et j'y retournerais.

It was nice and clean but some of the staff wasn't as helpful. Other staff made up for it. I enjoyed the pool and I had a nice view from our room. You're allowed to drive your car on the sand overall I had a fun experience.

I think the property should be torn down and start over. The furnace and air conditioner does not work well. I think the property been through to many hurricanes and inside it’s dark . It was to much money for the condition it was in will not go back.

The clump of bleached hair in the bathroom shows me that it was not properly cleaned, room won’t go above 62 degrees because the ac is broken so it’s either have my 4 year old freeze or sweat disgusting that I paid a third of my monthly housing expense for one night in in this hell hole where the pool door is my 10ft from our sleeping room so it slams when anyone goes in and out at until 11 pm. Do better and give me a refund.

I came here again for the second time because the first time staying here was real nice and had zero issues & we all enjoyed ourselves. I decided to come back for the weekend with my family before school started back up. When I got there to check in the lady at the front desk ( I can’t remember her name) was very unprofessional. She was rolling her eyes with an attitude when trying to explain to me why I couldn’t use my card there for the deposit. She told me if I used that card I wouldn’t get my deposit back. I booked a room with pool view and got put in a room in the far corner and immediately went back down to try and change it and got denied. Later on that night when my husband got there he talked to another lady and had no problem getting us in a different room. The door by the stairs near the pool has metal on the bottom of it that scraped my daughter’s foot so that’s a huge safety issue. We also dropped something and came back to get it and it was gone within 2 minutes. It was just an awful time spending a whole lot of money. I didn’t expect to have to deal with such bad customer service after I drive a couple hours. The first night we were there someone was banging on the door at around 1:30am and woke up all my kids. I don’t open the door for anyone but was listening to who was talking and I overheard them say on a walky talky that it was the wrong room they were at. It was just not what I had in mind for a get away with my 4 young children.

Arrived at 1:39 in the morning. Was hoping for a good nights rest. It didn’t happen. I checked out at 7:30am. The bed, either of them, were horrible. A lot of money. Over $500. I expected a comfortable place to stay. Never again.
