Reservation d’une suite! Odeur d’humidité dès l’entrée dans la chambre, durée de vie du tapis plus que dépassée,tapis même mouillé près du lit, pantoufles nécessaires pour circuler sur tapis, divan lit en tissu sur lequel on n’ose pas s’asseoir tellement il est usé, salle de bain fixée dans les années 1990 avec tapisserie qui décolle, fond du bain avec légères traces de rouille et toilette tellement collée au mur qu’il faut faire nos besoins de côté sur le siège et nous ne souffrons aucunement d’obésité! Tout cela pour plus de 300$ canadien la nuit!!! Réputé 4 étoiles? Il y a peut-être plusieurs années La rénovation des chambres s’impose grandement!!!

Très belle hotel, mais vieillissante toute les commoditiés mais encore une fois vieillis.les matelas sont due à être changer.Il me semblais avoir un beau resto mais a cause de la situation du covid-19 il était fermé.

The shared spaces in the hotel were spacious, but plates, glasses and cans, were frequently strewn around. We stayed 2 days and the same plates, etc occupied the same places the length of our stay. The rooms were at a higher rate than other area hotels and most amenities were at an additional cost. The furniture and flooring could use an update as most were dinged, dented, torn and stained. A room for 4 came with one set of towels and hotel staff, although responsive and courteous at the front desk, did not answer the phone. Room card keys frequently stopped working so the entry doors that were to be room key access only were left unlocked or propped. We returned from a wedding late and did not need to use a key to access the secured entry doors and the doors by the conference room were propped open. Overall, the price did not match the quality.

It was a below average not plush hotel as advertised. It didhave lovely public rooms. The staff was not attentive. I asked for more towels three different times and they were never brought. My daughter left air pods on the nightstand they disappeared. It a step up from a motel with a nice lobby. The pool was filthy and empty, in 70 degrees. The gazebo is cornered off. The front desk ppl are literally upset if you ask questions. Not a great impression never spending money here again. Also we ran out of Toilet paper and they didn't replace till the next day we had to use tissues.

We stayed for five days, and by day 4, we had not been visited by housekeeping even though I asked the front desk twice to make sure we got service on the fourth day after we didn’t get it on the third (as we were supposed to according to hotel policy). To their credit, they did move us to a clean room when I asked (since all housekeeping staff were gone for the day).

The staff were very helpful and professional. They were so friendly and welcoming after a long day of travel. The common areas were lovely. The room had a great layout and beds were clean and comfortable. There seemed to be lipstick in the carpet, the heat lamp was broken in the bathroom and on our final night we found the shower handle in disrepair. The staff offered to move our room so the issue was addressed but it was an inconvenience. Overall we were happy with our stay and will most likely choose to stay there again.

The only 2 positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was dirty upon arriving, the shower didn't work properly and the rub took 10 min to drain after a shower. I don't know if we got the bottom of the barrel because we went through a 3rd party or not. Had they answered their phones one of the 10 times I called I would have booked through them. I tried this hotel because my siblings gave me a good review.

The place is clean from when you walk in, If you leave something in your room, good luck getting it back if at all, unless you stay on them at once. house keeping not good with English. I called the front desk to inform them, but it was never noted according to the girl the next morning.
