This was my favorite stay ever. The personnel were so helpful. They fully helped me with every of my questions. Good breakfast, good location. I very highly recommend.

Séjour Fantastique dans un cadre familial
Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ureta. L'hôtel est moderne en reprenant les codes des maisons coloniales et est d'une propreté impeccable. De plus l'hôtel dispose d'un parking et est situé à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre ville, ce qui est un point fort car le centre ville est très difficile d'accès en voiture. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours plein de bonnes intentions et qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Retourner à Cusco sera comme retourné en famille dans le future. :-)

Très bon hôtel pour passer quelques nuits a Cusco le propriétaire Victor est très attentionné, il a un réel désire de satisfaire sa clientèle. C,est très propre et confortable. Le seul point négatif c'est que cet hôtel est situé a 10 minutes de voiture du vieux Cusco, il faut prendre un taxi absolument car les environs ne sont pas très rassurant surtout le soir mais bon il n'en coûte que 3$ Canadien pour se rendre en taxi . Très bon rapport qualité-Prix

Magnifique séjour !
Nous sommes 3 amies et nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour 3 nuit. Nous avons tout de suite été accueillies très chaleureusement par le patron de l’hôtel et ses employés. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous tout le long de notre séjour ! Les chambres étaient très propres, passablement grand et les lits confortables avec une bonne couette. La salle de bain était jolie et la douche était magnifiquement chaude, avec beaucoup de pression ce qui n’est malheureusement que rarement le cas au Pérou !!! Le petit déjeuner était copieux, servi à table avec des fruits frais à disposition et des feuilles de coca, indispensables pour résister à l’altitude ! Il est à 15min à pied de la place d’armes du centre de Cusco, mais ce n’est qu’un léger désagrément. Nous remercions Victor Ureta, le patron pour le soin qu’il nous a apporté !!!

Des hôtes aux petits soins!
Un excellent hôtel, à 10minutes du centre historique à pied. Les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses et douillettes. Les matelas excellents. N hésitez pas à demander aux gérants de l hôtel des conseil, il vous aidera à organiser au mieux votre séjour à Cusco! Le petit déjeuner est exellent et très copieux.

The owner and his family are excellent hosts. They are very friendly and welcoming. The location is a bit far from Cusco main square - about 20 mins walk and at a place not considered as a primą location. The internet is spotty and slow. The breakfast time needs to be confirmed each night for next morning and the food is prepared for you - not buffet like big hotels. The food is very similar each morning with little variety.

The property manager, Victor, was particularly attentive and helpful in providing guidance during our stay. He gave us two maps of the city and answered all our questions, called a cab when requested and helped his staff during breakfast, which was great of him to do. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend Ureta Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived with a warm welcome. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome and the owner is very accommodating with our breakfast choice. It gives you a “home” feeling. There is no hair dryer in the room but you can ask the front desk to get you one. Highly recommended!

It is 30 minutes walk to the main plaza, do not feel safe. Nobody speaks English, no hair dryer, no heater or Ac, no clock and kettle in the room, free breakfast is open at 7am, all tours start before that. All you got is breakfast box: one orange and two small thin packs of biscuit. No bottle water until they sent you away.

The highlight of the hotel is the owner Javier - incredible hospitality, made me feel welcome and gave me everything I needed to have an amazing time in Cusco. The rooms were of top quality, especially for the price. Located near the center of Cusco, making it easy to walk to any district.

This was by far one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly and made this a very welcoming hotel with friendly conversations. The room was very big and clean with super comfortable beds. Also the breakfast provided was top notch. It’s a little ways out from downtown but it is definitely one of the best stays if not the BEST stay in Cusco.

This was a great hotel, and the owner was absolutely incredible - I had a couple early morning trips and was willing to have a small breakfast/snack/water ready to go early so I had something to go with me. Staff was very kinda as well

Victor and the rest of the staff welcomed us like a family. Its not a fancy place but they were so accomodating and tried to give us whatever we requested. Though the place seems not safe at night they made sure that we were safe everytime we got picked up by ubers and tours. They didnt let us come out to wait for our rides, they always wanted us safe!. If ever i will return to Cusco i will definitely stay here again. I will recommend this place to my friends and families!!!

The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is very safe and clean. I loved that the hotel entrance has a lock that only they have access to. Nobody can come in and out. You have to be let in by the hotel staff. That means no strange stranger walking in to the hotel that isn’t supposed to be there. I met the owner Mr. Victor, he was very helpful and informative. He made sure I had a lunch snack for every day I was out doing activities in Machu Picchu. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! Side note, drink mate de coca to help with the altitude sickness!

The management was pleasant and offered help when needed. Breakfast was nice. Maintenance needs little improvements (shower ceiling paint). A thermostat with air/heat would be better for guest comfort. More toilet paper in the room would be appreciated :-)

Ureta is hidden gem in Cusco, if I could give more stars I would! We initially chose this hotel for the price and that they picked us up at the airport. From the moment we walked in the door we felt like they were welcoming us into their home. They served us a tea to help adjust to the altitude. They serve breakfast, but unfortunately we were not able to go during the designated time. Instead they packed us bags with fruit, cookies/crackers and water-which was perfect for us! The hotel is a short walk off the main square with restaurants and shops. They were happy to help in any way they could. The best way for us to communicate with them was through WhatsApp 51 949 719 738

Mi Padre Víctor! I had a great stay here in the hotel, the hotel communication before coming to the hotel was great. They contact me via WhatsApp to confirm that the airport shuttle would pick me up from the airport. So made it easier getting to the hotel. Once I got to the hotel, I was greeted by the one and only Victor! Straight away got me check in, sat me down with a cup of Coca (the hot drink that helps with Altitude) and told me what not to eat (red meat, pastas and fatty foods within the first 24 hours for the altitude ) and then sent me to room to make sure I went to sleep for 30mins (helps with the Altitude)…this advise generally helped me. As I was only in Cusco for 48 hours, so every hour counted. Victor even gave me an Altitude pill too, this was handy to have. Because Cusco dozen of Pharmacy shops. So when you go to the pharmacy you can show which pill you need (the altitude pills are very cheap, and not expensive in Cusco) unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish, so having the pill to show helped. I was in room 205, probably the best bed I slept in while I was in Peru. The bed was soft, the pillow I wanted to take home with me. As that was great too. The room was clean, spacious, bathroom got what you needed. The Wifi in the room was good, even when I did have an issue. Victor was quickly there to fix it. I thought the location was good, Overall a massive thank you for Victor for making my stay amazing, he was a star and treated me like a son.
