Vous pouvez garer la voiture facilement. tout est quand même assez près. À distance de marche, environ 20 à 30 minutes, mais la vue sur le port en vaut la peine.

Inadapté pour trois personnes
Chambre double transformée en s chambre triple mais inadaptée: canapé lit trop dur, manque de place. L hôtel offre l option mais sans réelles adaptations: 2 oreilles, 2 gobelets… alors qu on est trois. Pas de bouteilles d eau à l arrivee( si payante). Le petit-déjeuner est assez basique mais très cher( croissants secs, œufs brouillés version frigolite) plus un trois étoiles qu un 4 étoiles.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, petit bémol pour le nettoyage des chambres à la demande qui n’a pas été fait lors de notre demande . Un peu éloigné à pied du centre ville.

If our guests wish to have cleaning everyday, they just need to inform the reception about this. The normal procedure is that all the guests will get this information upon check-in. Mauvais service, accueil désagréable quand on demande juste de changer les serviettes... Mauvais service et très mauvais rapport qualité. Chambres petites. Seul point fort : design de l'hôtel et vue sur la mer.

Hôtel tout juste correct, ne correspondant pas à sa catégorie. Équipement désuet et abimés, chambres standards et très années 2000, le mobilier est dépassé et abîmé, hôtel extrêmement impersonnel, bonne literie cependant. Petit-déjeuner moyen. Personnel ok.

The big plus of my stay was I got to stay in a room that has a balcony with River/Sea view. The only down side is that the curtain could not black out the room

Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer om een aantal dagen in te verblijven. Meerde opties voor kussens, mocht het standaard kussen je niet bevallen. Ik had uitzicht op de haven wat vroeg wakker worden een nog groter plezier maakte. Ook in de avond was het uitzicht steeds prachtig. De kamer wordt ook slechts om de 4 dagen binnen je verblijf schoon gemaakt, wat ikzelf fijn vindt omdat er dan niet elke dag een onbekend persoon je ruimte binnenkomt en terug herorganiseert.

What a wonderful trip we had from start to finish! As an Expedia VIP, we were given a room with a balcony which was an added bonus. I didn’t spend too much time looking at other hotels because the reviews were so good and this one was top. Well, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything ran smoothly and the kind lady on reception even helped me out with a hairband when I’d lost mine. The rooms were comfy and spacious, lovely bedding and slept like a log in that nice bed. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. I was surprised at how good it was considering it didn’t cost too much. I am a well travelled traveller and I can honestly say this was one of the best managed hotels that I have been to. Thank you

I was surprised to be greeted by a flight of stairs at the entrance to the hotel. There is a manual wheelchair lift if required. Other than that, this is a lovely hotel, comfortable and the right size for a few nights stay. Do note cleaning service is on demand and they will not clean your room if you do not arrange for a service the night before. What I like about this hotel it's location to plentiful cafes, restaurants, the harbor, and beautiful walking paths. It is also next to the mall and across the road is Ikea. The Meatpacking District is a 15min walk away with plentiful restaurants and a couple of popular cafes. On the other side is Island Brygge a 20min walk away with plenty of cafes and food choices. There is a trick to get to Ikea and the Meatpacking district without having to climb a flight of stairs, which is to use the mall side entrance (via the foodcourt), by following the bicycle bridge. This hotel is away from the main city center and would require taking train or taxi there. Be sure to book the rooms with habour views.

We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view down the harbour. It was so relaxing to return to after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is in a perfect location, with good transport links and shopping nearby. The walk down the harbour to Nyhavn was lovely, and everything was so clean and beautiful. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln prima vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten zum Wasser raus. Toller Ausblick und alles sehr sauber. Die Betten waren klasse!!! Direkt nebenan ist eine neue Shopping Mall, die man bei schlechten Wetter gut erkunden kann. Das Hotel bietet Fahrräder zum Verleih an. Unbedingt Kopenhagen mit dem Fahrrad erkunden! Leider war das Rezeptionspersonal die gesamten 4 Tage sehr unfreundlich. Egal.... der Rest stimmte und wir kommen gerne wieder

Very nice hotel, really enjoyed the breakfast, city centre and lots of restaurants a 15 to 20 minute walk away but also a bus route on main road, next to a shopping centre which was very nice also had a supermarket in it which was very handy is next to a busy main road but this wasn’t a problem for us

VIP room not that great given how small it was. Room was well heated and had a bath and patio overlooking water which was nice. However, hotel has policy to go out of its way not to clean rooms first 4 days of trip which is ridiculous. Overall, room way too small.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Its worth spending on balcony water view. The hotel is clean and a 15-18 min walk or 5-9 min bike ride to everything in Copenhagen. They are strict on AC and heating rules in the hotel. Restaurant hours are just ok. Everything else is stunning!
