Overall Cleaning department and Valet were very good. As for a few of the customer service front desk including the first girl that checked us in to Room 3007 forgot to register our 2 room passes and we could not get into our room the night we got there. She never took the time to make sure our passes were working correctly. Then on Sunday Morning, the girl at the front desk was not pleasant and looked like she did not want to be there working- Not friendly at all- Ladt but not least, a front desk female employee named LJ was super unhelpful and really rude and disrispectful when we asked for minor change at the front desk to give a tip to the valet person as we were leaving that morning- She sent me to the cafeteria and the lady there was also rude and said they did not give out change even though we were spending money as a hotel guest-Wow!
LJ said she could only send an email and it might take a while to respond which does not help a guest when they are checking out- Bad attitude and she was also mumbling as I approached here and said the lady at the cafeteria did not want to provide change- The least LJ could have done was call the manager to at least try to help us solve this situation but she failed to do so, again repeating that she could only send an email and we had to wait until they replied which of course is of no help- Terrible customer service overall by the front desk- Do you want guest to spend money staying at the hotel, but not willing to treat customerright
