L’hôtel est très bien situé avec des chambres donnant sur le loop. L’hébergement est de qualité et la décoration conforme aux photos. Le hall d’accueil est confortable. On a été surpris de devoir demander avant notre arrivée à faire le ménage quotidien de la chambre. Il manque des chaussons et robe de chambre

À 22:00, il n'y a plus de convention mais la connexion présentait toujours des problèmes. Au prix de cet hôtel, on s'atrtend à une connexion internet efficace,

Overall Cleaning department and Valet were very good. As for a few of the customer service front desk including the first girl that checked us in to Room 3007 forgot to register our 2 room passes and we could not get into our room the night we got there. She never took the time to make sure our passes were working correctly. Then on Sunday Morning, the girl at the front desk was not pleasant and looked like she did not want to be there working- Not friendly at all- Ladt but not least, a front desk female employee named LJ was super unhelpful and really rude and disrispectful when we asked for minor change at the front desk to give a tip to the valet person as we were leaving that morning- She sent me to the cafeteria and the lady there was also rude and said they did not give out change even though we were spending money as a hotel guest-Wow! LJ said she could only send an email and it might take a while to respond which does not help a guest when they are checking out- Bad attitude and she was also mumbling as I approached here and said the lady at the cafeteria did not want to provide change- The least LJ could have done was call the manager to at least try to help us solve this situation but she failed to do so, again repeating that she could only send an email and we had to wait until they replied which of course is of no help- Terrible customer service overall by the front desk- Do you want guest to spend money staying at the hotel, but not willing to treat customerright

Couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay on my trip to Chicago. Everything was walkable and equidistant to the hotel, which was amazing. The views were amazing. The staff was amazing.

I’ve stayed at this property 4 or 5 times now and I am never disappointed. The River View is AMAZING. Great location and close to almost everything, otherwise a short distance to the train. Always my number 1 choice and recommendation for Chicago!

We will stay here again if we visit Chicago in the future. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to various destinations in the Loop. The rooms are cleaned daily, and ours was in pristine condition. An all around wonderful experience! Our only negative reaction was to the overpowering cologne/scent once you enter the lobby. It's some kind of vanilla/floral/spice combination and it is very, very strong. We didn't need to spend much time in the lobby, so it didn't affect our overall experience.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive. My friends and I had a very jam packed weekend ahead of us and were very grateful with the hotel holding our luggage before check in and after check out. The room was gorgeous and very clean! We had a wonderful time and chicago and can confidently say that the hotel service was a huge part of that! Will definitely stay here again

I was travelling solo, felt extremely safe at the Royal Sonesta. Very well connected for any tours/restaurants/bars, all mostly in walking distance. Was not happy with my room initially and the front desk upgraded me at no extra charge. Amazing hospitality, would definitely stay here again!

Not a fan of the pillows, but that is just personal preference. My only complaint is the room we were given was right next to the elevators for that floor so it was a bit noisy in the mornings and woke me up every morning.

The front desk employee LJ was nothing short of exceptional! I came to this hotel after staying one night at another with concerns and she gave me nothing less than 5 star level service. I stayed in room 2901, LJ allowed me and my family to check in early and our housekeeping attendant BABY was one of a kind! I hate i didn't get her name but her personality was inviting, her customer service was 5 start and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing less than rememberable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I'm excited to say I'll be revisiting this hotel soon! Thanks again for showing us top level hospitality it truly made our vacation even more magical!
