Nous avions réservé au Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Midway Airport depuis plusieurs semaine pour une chambre avec 1 très grand lit. A notre arrivé a l'hotel a 20h30 notre chambre avait été donné a un autre client et il n'y avait plus de chambre avec très grand lit. Sans même nous avisé on nous a transféré dans une chambre avec 2 lit double. Nous sommes retourné a l'office pour demandé changement, aucune ouverture de part du personnelle, aucune autre offre et aucun intéret. Nous avions commandé un repas, la responsable nous offres le service de chambre sans nous avisé qu'il y avait des frais. Mon conjoint dit oui et lui dit qu'il va augmenté le pourboire dans se ca. Elle prend le pourboire de surplus et n'avise pas quelle a déja chargé 7$ pour le service. On a vraiment eu le sentiment de cette fait avoir pour le chambre et le repas! Plus jamais cette hotel pour nous.

i like how we were treated. the only thing i did,nt like was in our room there was water marked 3.00 this made it look that it was desperate. the afro american that was in charge in the morning should get a raise . she was remarkable

Noisy and unsafe. The people next door were noisy, people walking down the halls were noisy - or the walls / doors didn’t do anything to dampen the noise. Unsafe - about 2am a lady ran down the hall screaming help me - help me! We didn’t know what was going on - just stayed in our rooms until it was time to check out.

This is a nice hotel area for staying if you are flying in or out of Midway. The hotel was safe, clean, room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff friendly (we arrived after midnight). What I didn't realize was the Hilton Diamond member perks don't apply if you book through a third-party site (i.e. free parking, food credit) but this is the fault of Hilton's app for not making this clear, not the individual hotel.

I felt like I was getting nickeled and dined my entire stay. They put a loud family of 6 next to me room who stayed up until 2am. Parking is 24$ a day. No free breakfast, have to pay 15$ for a crappy breakfast. I mean overcooked eggs, shriveled sausage, stale cereal. It was ridiculous, I won’t be back again.

Hilton - more like a budget hotel
We booked a King Suite - so not just a regular room. This was something right out of the 70's. Burnt orange velour sofa with matching curtains. Horrible. Couch was literally thread bear. Called to report this, and the hotel said they would refund us 1/2 of the price, but we would have to leave within 30 minutes!! We had a flight out of Midway the next morning - so that was not a good option. I guess Hilton has gone to budget hotel standards.

When southwest canceled my flight I was able to stay her with no luggage and they gave me basic toiletries and made sure I had a good nights sleep before my early flight the next morning. I also had salmon at the restaurant and it was really good. Great staff and Josh was the best.

The hotel and room were overall fine. The room was clean. My stay was about 5 hours in total due to a flight cancelation so most important was convenience and proximity to Midway airport.

If you want a free breakfast with your stay, this is not the place to be. $14.95, as of this review, is the price. Other hotels in this immediate area have free breakfast. Other than that, everything else was very good.

This property is absolutely amazing. Great and timely shuttle, easy check in, solid internet. My one and only suggestion is to replace the shower head in room 411.
