Es un hotel muy bien ubicado muy céntrico con una vista muy bonita, cerca del lago Michigan, pero no tiene estacionamiento si quieres que la gente del hotel te guarden tu auto lo llevan a otro lado y te cobran $69 usd extra a tu cuenta, al realizar el check in el hotel cobra $100 usd como seguro por cuál quier desperfecto que el cliente pueda causar lo cual es entendible y se entiende que se lo cobran a todos los clientes sin embargo el hotel no le da mantenimiento a sus instalaciones ya que el baño de la habitación que me tocó tenía el lava manos roto y se veía como lo habían pegado, el marco del espejo en su parte inferior ya tenía la pintura vieja y cayéndose, el papel tapiz del baño ya se estaba cayendo, había botellas de shampoo, acondicionador y jabón para cuerpo está último estaba vacío. En cuanto al comedor la mesa que está pegada a una de las ventanas es una tabla vieja sin pintar, con astillas y sucia como si la hubieran sacado de la basura las sillas estaban todas manchadas dicha mugre ya se veía muy vieja no era reciente. Mi habitación fue en el piso 35 no había personal que ayudará a subir las maletas. En términos generales este hotel tiene peores condiciones que un motel de paso. De todo lo anterior tengo fotografías.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located in a walkable area and I was able to see some of the area’s attractions and architecture. The staff was friendly. Check in and check out were hassle free. Everything was clean. It was quiet and peaceful during the night. It’s not a fancy hotel but definitely not a low budget one either. I didn’t realize that the Wi-Fi is not free in the rooms, so be aware of that. I used valet parking and had no issues, but my daughter pointed out that they did not open our doors or load our bags…nothing major. I still tipped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & would stay there again.

Great location and close to the main downtown area. Everything is pretty walkable and it was a safe location to stay in. Hotel itself was clean and modern. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Only thing I would say is I wish the bathroom was a little more updated, however it was nothing terrible. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Close to magnificent mile. Walking distance to anything you would want to do. Walking distance to public transit for anything farther away like United Center and Wrigley Field. Would stay again!

Breakfast was very disappointing. Fruit and yogurt were gone before 8am every day (breakfast hours go until 10), and they stopped refilling hot items almost an hour before breakfast ended. Bread / bagels were never refilled and gone early. Cereal containers were empty all 3 days we were there.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn Chicago was unfortunately far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered the lobby, I noticed an unsettling lack of cleanliness that persisted throughout my stay. The worst part was the hotel room that seemed it had not been cleaned in a while.

Air conditioner in room did not work properly. Elevator wait time was ridiculous. They had run out of just about everything for breakfast. Even the water jug was empty and they would not refill even though there was 30 minutes left before the service was over.

No internet for the first day. It took us 3 separate times standing in line waiting to check in before they finally decided to make a list and manually check everyone in before we actually got our room due to no internet and then not being able to access the reservation list.
