L’hôtel dans un état critique, l’accueil très désagréable. Buffet, il y’a pas tout et il faut attendre minimum 30 minutes pour avoir le plat chaud.. Sinon la piscine, l’ambiance top !

Beautiful private beach and horrid rooms
I'm one to stay in basic hostels in shady corners of the world and this is the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in. It's dilapidated, smells of damp and musk and on arrival there were many live and dead mosquitoes over the room and bathroom. The shower only worked on a high speed massage function...Good things about the room are that it has a balcony, fridge and it's a good size. Also it was cleaned everyday that I was there. Note that your balcony might not be facing the beach or pool and that if your room is in the rear of the complex, it would be about a 10min walk to the shore. But I think the rooms at the back of the complex are newer. The good things about this hotel are that it is on a beautiful private beach, the grounds are pretty, the wifi in the lobby is good (1 CUC for 1 hour) and they have little shops/tour desk. Some staff are friendly but check in was exhausting and you will see many other patrons at the desk trying to sort out various problems with their stay. There is a lot of food on offer at the buffet, some entertainment and two restaurants were closed when I was there as was the beach bar I think. This place attracts a lot of Russians who sometimes have questionable manners (on the beach, I saw a Russian couple take deck chairs and usurp someone else parasol...). When I was there, there were enough parasols and deck chairs to go around. I arrived around 8:30 - 9am on the beach. But it was around the c-virus time and it was prob quieter.

ホテルの部屋に到着し、いろいろ確認していたところ、風呂から百足がでてきました。最悪です。部屋はカビ臭くて、トイレの水は漏れてきます。布団も臭いがして、快適なオールインクルーシブホテルではありませんでした。チェックインの時に歳を取った受付の人が担当でした。彼女は私の名前を見てみんなにスペイン語で言いふらしみんなの笑い者にされました。絶対にまた来たいと思わないホテルです。もちろん他の方に勧めようとも思わないホテルです。唯一良かったのは、ビーチとバーのスタッフとシェアタクシーを拾ってくれたスタッフのみでした。

Bad service and rundown hotel.
The hotel is not well maintained but that would be ok if not for the way the hotel is managed. Many services offered are not given, piano bar closed, the only coffe machine broken most of the time, service unmotivated and slow. "We don't have it" or "it is not working" are common answers. Food is ok but almost the same in every restaurant and no coctels offered in most of the bars. During check out we almost miss our flight because front desk keep us waiting almost 1 hour for a taxi and then tell us there are no taxis available. They didn't care. We had to go with the luggage to the highway to find a taxi by ourselves. Luckily we got a taxi in less than five minutes. Not coming back.

The bad part: no warm water in the room :(, and if you made the reservation not a day before - preferably in the morning, than - even if the reservation is confirmed and payed, you will have to pay a one-night deposit. Because these guys live in the god-damned stone-age :(, the reservation goes to Havana, from there to the manager in Varadero. When she/he receives it (obviously only in working hours only) prints it and sends to reception - this procedure takes time, minimum a day. If your reservation is not at the reception, you will have to pay a one night deposit in CUC, nothing else is accepted. Be prepared. Apart from these, the room was ok, food/drink great, no more complaints. After overcoming the above problems, enjoyed.

Good Value
We loved our time at Brisas Del Caribe. The room it self was nothing special but it did the job. The facilities on the other hand were great and the buffet too. A little more information about the facilities on arrival would have helped. Luckily we met some regulars who told us about the amazing entertainment provided. All in all though, a good time was had by all and for the price it was good value.

En una estancia de 9 noches 4 no tuve agua caliente en mi habitación. Las habitaciones de los edificios anexos tienen humedad y no están tan limpias. La comida aceptable.. el desayuno es bueno. Pocas reposteras en la playa. En fin relación calidad precio ok pero no debería de ser ofrecido como un 4 estrellas.

Nice pool, super close to great beach.Great inclusive water sports. The room was decent,The food ,well after a few days I just had to go elsewhere to eat to get a decent meal.The buffet was tedious and some of the health practices concerned me. Should be noted I am up tight about such things. The fresh cooked food was good though.

This could easily have been an essay, but I'll do it short. The hotel is really old. The room standard was low, the bed and bedsheets smelled really bad. There where ants in the room and it dripped something from the ventilation. Every evening they played loud music outside. We had all inclusive and the food was the worst we have ever experienced. If anything was good, they had free sunbeds on the beach.

En mi experiencia la comida es buena, las bebidas pues a veces se acaban pero es entendible que se acaben las cosas no me molestaba, el personal es sumamente atento, las instalaciones pues si se ve un poco viejo pero nada que no puedas estar unos dias de descanso y tranquila. Si lo recomiendo.

The main building is nice, needs a lots of upgrade though. Staff are helpful. The rest of the resort is a disgrace. It’s not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms stinks. The location great. The beach is beautiful. Pool are nice. Food is nice.

Das Hotel ist das Eckelhafteste in dem ich je war... Nicht nur alt, den verfall nah und alles voller Schimmel... Sondern auch dreckig das ist keine art ein Hotel zu führen... The good: the staff are wonderful for the most part, the beach is great, the pools were not too bad either. Lots of activities run by the hotel for your entertainment. No bugs, an effort for cleanliness was made by our housekeeper. Far from the main streets but close to the Delfinario and Plaza de las Americas. The bad: the food did not vary much, fruits were out of season, very sparse selection of drinks. The rooms were broken (some aspects, such as the door and safe, the shower ran out of water at one point). Restaurants were a disappointment (Fantasia had poor service and food was dismal, but Brisas International did well).

das ist definitiv kein vier Sterne Hotel! Alles war in sehr schlechten Zustand. Duschen am Pool kaputt; kein Strandhandtücher verfügbar. Schimmel im Bad. Essen war sehr einfach, schmutziges Geschirr. Nicht zu empfehlen.
