Clean and quiet. Nice room in good condition. Very friendly and professional staff. Did not tried the pool. Hot tub close due to Covid. All in all a very good stay. Got a last minute deal for 2 nights, so the price made it a no-brainer.

Stayed here for the Womens soap run. Great location as within walking distance to the shuttle to the Nordic Center for the walk. Also within walking distance to downtown for shopping and dining. There are also coffee shops and dining in the hotel as well as close to the hotel. The only issue was the heater in our room was very loud when it kicked in at night. Will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

All in all it was a nice place to stay. We booked a king suite with a balcony and it had a more of a basic room feel to it. There was a very tiny patio with lots of cover from the trees. The down side with the patio was that it was right beside the walking path with no privacy from the people walking passed. The room was very clean and fairly quiet but we wouldn’t call it a suite compared to others we have been in. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The location was awesome, right across the street from a shopping centre. My only complaint is that we had to walk outside in front of a wedding party in the restaurant to get to the pool.

Really enjoyed this hotel, but with it being a convention centre, the lobby was filled with incredibly loud people from the convention. The hotel would benefit from security staff to move convention people from blocking the entrance to the hotel and the elevator.

The location in Canmore was perfect, although the construction around the area was not, which is no fault of the hotel. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were surprised to have our room upgraded at check-in. We signed up for the hotel rewards card and had our parking fees waived, saving us $10 a night.
