Excellent hôtel ! Pas un hôtel de party, mais très bien pour les couples et les familles. La bouffe est très bien, l’accueil, la propreté, la chambre et la tranquillité. La plage est vraiment super. Seul bémol, le manque de chaises sur la plage. C’était ma 2e visite et j’y retournerai !

Positif : staff was smiley, polite , professionalism. Service waiter was excellent. They care about us. At recept also was polite and productif. Have good alcohol at bar. The feeling of well serve was the biggest positif experience. The quality of the vegetable at the buffet was great. Buffer was: was clean and well watch by the cook. Having 4 escalator was very good. Not waiting long. Towel for the beach is well clean , quality and still new. All the staff can speak very well english and care of us. Quality of the bottle water and giving beer in can was great. Negative point: transport was not include in the deal with expedia. Beach seat is a little old and not enough. Negative point: the bed was not firm enough ,

Excellent! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The place was amazing. The taco and bars by the beach were amazing but the food at the buffet could be a little more tasty. The evening event could be a bit longer or at least play music when the act was finish. Aside from this, our stay was great!

Staff was amazing, they ALL make sure you have everything you need in no time. We asked for someone to secure the room for our 10 months old baby we had someone from the maintenance coming right away. Kiko at the bell desk was AMAZING and making sure everyday we had a wonderful stay. Big thanks to Liliana & Gloria at the ventanas restaurant, their smiles every morning was adding even more sushine to our day and they were very kind with our kids. Food was excellent. The only drawback was the sunbeds, they were booked with towels every morning by people not at the pool and only showing up later in the day. It clearly says you can't do that and even after few complaints to the management we very often had no sunbed for us and our 2 kids in the morning. It was 8.30 AM, no one in the pool, almost all sun beds with towels and we had to either sit on a chair or remove towels but we got fed up to fight with the people saying it was their sunbed. This was very disappointing.

Les restaurants sont moyens à bon, mais jamais excellent (mais les déjeuner très bon). Service impécable. Très familialle. Ma conjointe a adorer la place a café. Les cocktails superbe et les bands de musique toujours excellent. La piscine est petite mais la plage très belle.

Enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend. Service was great, food was better than expected and entertainment was a fun surprise. Rooms were clean and well cooled but hot in the lobby area. Shoutout Daniel, Armando, Enrique, Alain and so many others for making it a great stay!

The resort was lovely. There was only one small pool and a kid's pool. The food was primarily tacos. The servers were terrific. They will charge you a resort fee, and the Italian restaurant will charge you if you order steak or wine. That was not all-inclusive; the manager of that restaurant was very mean and disrespected. Buffet has the same food every day, The rooms were nice and cleaned every day. If you want coconut water at a charge, be prepared. Italian restaurants were the worst. It does not even taste like Italian food. Not worth the money you pay for all-inclusive.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Staff was fantastic. They were friendly, prompt, and catered to everything. Our only down side was the room location. (But this is on us). It was by the pool and with all the activities, it could be loud at times.

El servicio es excelente, todos son muy amables y se esfuerzan por complacerte de verdad se llevan las palmas, los alimentos muy ricos y variado lo suficiente. Solo creo que falta un poco de animación en las noches, solo ponen un karaoke hasta las 11. Las instalaciones del hotel ya son viejitas y necesita mantenimiento.

This hotel is beautiful. Staff are all very accommodating and welcoming. Food could've been better but overall was good. Only thing is our room was supposed to be ocean view but we barely could see the ocean. The room inside however was nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The staff made this trip amazing! Enrique, Angel in the VIP lounge, Filberto, Rigoberto, Fernando, and all the others worked so hard to make sure our visit was safe, fun, delicious, and memorable! The restaurants served very good food, the grounds were clean, the wait staff was incredibly attentive, the beach looked like something from a postcard, the entertainment was surprisingly talented for a resort of this size, and we felt like royalty during our stay. Literally the only complaint we had was the air conditioning throughout the resort, which was barely functional. If you don't mind the heat, it may not be a problem for you, but my Midwestern American body was craving relief from the heat, and entering an 82 degree building from 89 degrees outside wasn't refreshing. We would have enjoyed staying in the lobby bar for the nightly music, but it was stifling in there. Otherwise, we were delighted with our stay and highly recommend this resort!
