I was very impressed with this hotel, especially the service. They make you feel special and you feel like everything is possible. Special shout out to the Kidz Club staff. Our daughter is very picky and for the first time, she begged to go back there. They have a great supervision and they let the kids do fun activities such as cooking classes and crafting. The food was really good (buffet offered a different choice everyday). The all-inclusive program is really worth the price. They have good brands when it comes to drinks and they have a cute little cafe where you can get ice cream, pastries and sandwiches between the meals. The beach was beautiful and the thing that amazed me the most was the staff's ability to offer alternative options that are better than what you wanted/expected. Now that we are back home, it felt like a little dream. Kudos to everyone involved in the success of this hotel. Definitely coming back in 2024.

It was overall a great experience. The hotel is a bit old but maintained and cleaned well. All the bathrooms in the restaurants, lobby, pool area was always clean. Some of the restaurants were awesome and some were okay. The service at the one in the pool area which serves seafood was not good. Unfortunately we noticed that the waitresses were very attentive to the customers who gave tips when they first sat down at the table. Tipping in my opinion should happen if the service is nice which happens after the service is finished. Waitresses shouldn’t treat customers differently based on the upfront tipping. That was sad to see. However in the Mexican restaurant and in the Steakhouse we got 5-star service and kindness which was really nice. The buffet restaurant which was open for breakfast/lunch/dinner was pretty warm inside. The condensation from the vents were dripping on the tables and chairs. That restaurant needs a bit of upgrade. The food in every restaurant was really good. We as a family of four with little kids ate any kind of food but never felt any discomfort which speaks to the fact that everything was good quality and fresh. The pool was big and clean. The room service was great. They visited our room multiple times a day to clean, refill the mini fridge, coffee station, snacks and for turndown service.

Fiesta Grand was really nice. Our room was very spacious clean and had a great balcony. The Dining options were excellent. Swimming pool was great and the beach was nice. The resort staff (dinning, outdoor activities, bars, house keeping, room service, and others) was very courteous, professional, and very helpful. They all addressed us with a big smile and treated us like we were very special to them and ensured all our needs were met. We had a great time. The only area I feel could use some improvement was the nightly entertainment. With the exception of our last night there, the entertainment was a bit dull. All in all, I loved our stay at the resort and I do plan to return.

Really loved how everything was at my reach for my family. Easy access to the beach from the pool area and really enjoyed the food and service from all of the workers. This was a very friendly hotel for families and loved the kids club and sports lounge.

A lot of amenities listed on the website were no longer available. The building looked old and outdated. Part of the building had no AC (out of service). Restaurants were short staffed so wait time for food was long. Terrible experience.

We really enjoyed the vibe of this resort. They nightly musical entertainment in the lobby bar was very nice. People walking through the lobby or sat at the lobby bar were able to enjoy the music.

Purchased Infinite package. Loved the private beach area and the room (11th flr) was outstanding. Housekeeping, can’t say enough how much time she spent cleaning. Easy to get dinner resv when booked in the Infinte Club Lounge. The extra benefits of Infinite were not only noticed but enforced by staff. Felt very safe on property. Beach menu was extensive in food and beverage. Had one food safety concern. Set up a BBQ with chicken and Steak outside the ceviche stand. Cook would put raw chicken on with a latex glove and then wipe the glove with a paper towel. Flips raw chicken and uses same tongs to pull meat off grill to serve. I stayed away. May have just been and inexperienced person but that was dangerous. Beach service was a little slow but not really a major issue. We spent (6) hours a day for 5 day on the Infinite Club beach area. I felt we got a good glimpse of service. Restaurants were great! We visited a different one each night. Breakfast Buffet was top notch. Didn’t care for the constant asking to show us a vacation package. Our first day there and he wanted to meet us right away. We declined as we wanted to see property and go to the BEACH! We eventually agreed to meet for 30 mins on our last day and then politely declined after the discussion. 50 steps to the ferry dock for Isla Mujeres. We discussed on plane home. 8.5 out of 10. I would recommend the Infinite package. It’s minimally more and worth every penny. We would go back.

Tiene una playa muy bonita y limpia,el personal son amables,les sugeriría que mejoren su buffet,y también que abran restaurantes con clima a mediodía,pues dos días solo había opción de comida en la playa para comer y el calor era intenso,desde que llegamos había fuga de agua en una llave del baño,pedimos la arreglaran y lo hicieron,a los días siguientes ,llegamos a la habitación y la fuga ya era una llave abierta el agua estuvo saliendo varias horas llamamos la arreglaron y ellos mismos dicen que ya sus instalaciones del baño son muy antiguas y les pasa de repente,es un hotel muy lindo ojalá no lo dejen caer,el restaurante mexicano muy bueno gracias

This is our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Room was spacious, beautiful ocean front view, plenty of pools so you don’t feel crowded. Breakfast buffet had many options and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Room service was a plus. We’ll definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, staff was great, the housekeepers did a great job but there were a few things I wasn’t crazy about. Husband got sick the second night there. A low level food poisoning, there was smoking in the patio & by the pools and staff kept serving warm coffee at the coffee shop. I would order hot coffee but get warm coffee. They make a batch of espresso & let it sit a while & when you order they just steam the milk & pour the warm espresso making the drink slightly warm. I either want hot coffee or cold coffee, this luke warm thing I’m not a fan of.
