Service et personnel exceptionnels
Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet hôtel en attendant de recevoir nos meubles. La suite était très propre, confortable. Les matelas très confortables.Le personnel était très serviable et toujours souriant. Thomas et Alina( et d’autres à la réception) étaient toujours prêts à rendre service. Et une mention spéciale pour les femmes de ménage qui passaient tous les 3 jours et laissaient la chambre impeccable. Dommage qu’on n’ait pas pu prolonger notre séjour car l’hôtel était plein.

Really impressed with this property. The apartment was well apointed, spacious and clean. The entire building was modern, with impressive architecture and a beautiful rooftop pool and spa area. Great location centrally with everything in walking distance.

The pool and sauna were standout features, offering an awesome experience. The property boasted modern and clean facilities, enhancing the overall stay. While the amenities impressed, the reception staff were basic, lacking the warmth and friendliness expected.

Great stay. Everything I needed in the suite and very comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the balcony and rooftop pool/spa facilities. Location wonderful as everything walkable and accessible including the lake. Would definitely return.

Love this apartment!
Beautiful room with ample space. Everything you could possibly need. Had some issues with the wifi on some occasions. The room key card stopped working on the second day and had to be reset! Overall an amazing place to stay and very good value for money.

Modern and spacious 2 BDRM.
Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Let down by shower drain blocked with hair. Would have been a 5 if the house keeping was up to scratch.

We got there 9 hours past the check in time but when we asked for an additional two to three hours they refused and requested an hourly charge of 100. Moreover the receptionist was a bit cold and frosty with us. The cot was not delivered on time as instructed. Nevertheless the place was well kept and clean, we had a good time

Great property, modern, spacious with excellent facilities. Parking is an issue, most secure parking facilities near by, are not necessarily that close to the hotel, and the actual hotel parking is not promoted at a cheaper rate. Street parking is available, mostly an hour parking until 5:30pm….

The one bedroom apartment was fantastic value for money.. clean , 1st class ammenities and fittings . Did get a piece of glass in my foot from the bedroom carpet. Nothing too serious ( and very hard to manage or spot from a house staff point of view) who cleaned it up etc. NO Parking available was a worry, and just as another tip, maybe an extension mirror to see when you are shaving is a good option as it was a good 3feet between me and my reflection.. old eyes Nice apartments.. generous staff.

I found shards of broken glass in our lounge/ dining room floor as well as bits of rubbish from previous stays. Although brand new, plumbing is a problem in ensuite toilet as drainage from bath floods the floor. Hotel parking was full when we arrived (others who were also checking in were as surprised as us by this too) and were directed to use the Wilson parking across the road. We found it very accessible and cheaper than hotel parking for our stay. $20 per day (although no access to car from 7pm-6am which suited us fine). Just make sure you renew the parking each day in the app at 6am. The manager on Monday was notably the friendliest staff member, the rest lack people skills. Apart from the negatives, the accomodation was new, modern and comfortable and a great layout for our family. It was in the perfect location, an easy walk to bus stops, restaurants/ shops.

Stayed New Year’s Eve, went to watch family fireworks at 9 pm short walk from hotel, didn’t have to worry about traffic. Only thing was disappointing was that the roof top pool and spa facilities closed at 10:30 pm normally shuts at 10pm but security let everyone stay in an extra 30 mins, but as there was a many people in there and it was New Year’s Eve it would of been courteous to let us stay till midnight, no one was drinking alcohol as any glass is prohibited nor being loud it was extremely disappointing. Given the hotel didn’t have any other public facilities or areas open or set up for the new year celebrations.

The property is new and in good condition, located close to Canberra Centre (less than 5 min walk). Receptionists are friendly. However, our car was stopped at gate 3 times before they fixed the issue. There was no space for parking for check-in. We were only provided with 1 garbage bag for 3 nights, and our requested additional garbage bags were not delivered after request. The air conditioning system is also confusing and fails from time to time.

I had a lovely welcoming when i arrived by the wonderful staff. I had organised parking beforehand but when we arrived we had trouble but they sorted it out. We had a 2 bedroom suite but when we arrived the bathroom had been used and there was foot prints all over the entire foor tiles like the window cleaners had used our room who were working near. No milk was in the fridge that they said was there. I never complain but i had to. The staff were so lovely and changed our room straight away and close by. Then our kettle was broken but they sent one up straight away. We had a rough start but it ended up a lovely stay.

As reported to staff at front desk we found a full ash tray of butts on the balcony the cleaners had missed, having a respiratory problem it was not good, all else was perfect.

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Check-in was smooth and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I believe it was Camille who checked me in and out of the hotel and she was absolutely lovely. The room was so spacious and the balcony had an amazing view. I had called the night before and asked for a high floor of possible with a nice view as I love my photography and the man I spoke to was so kind and gave me the a really lovely room so I am truly grateful. The room had a a direct view to a gorgeous sunrise in the morning. The amenities in the room were great but I especially enjoyed the gym access on the 15th floor. The pool, spa and sauna were amazing too. All in all, a fantastic stay and I look forward to coming back.
