Stay in our newly furnished stylish basement in the well established community of Glenbrook in central Calgary. Nestled near Glenbrook Plaza & Signal Hill Centre, the convenience makes this the perfect place for both short & long stays & guests with all kinds of purposeses of travel.

Book with us and have the basement of this bungalow all to yourself. With 2 bedrooms, a living room with free Netflix and Disney Plus, this is ideal for families looking for a comfortable and spatious stay. The laundry room is right beside the basement entrance doors, at the bottom of the stairs coming down. Please note the laundry room is shared with guests on the main floor. We also set up a play area for young children so you can get whatever it is you need to get done without having to worry about entertaining your kids. There's a office by the living room if you need to work during your stay.
Here are some highlights of our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are freshly prepared.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Lightening fast WiFi on two large 50" SMART TVs that has complimentary Netflix as well as Disney+.
- Unbeatable convenience, from banks to restaurants to shopping and groceries, with everything located within walking distance.
- Route 93 bus stop is about a minute walk, can also ride this bus first to get to 45 St Station (C-Train).
- This basement features a full bathroom with two separate sinks and complimentary shampoo/conditioner, body wash and other accessories stored on the push cart.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking/baking basics as well as diningware and cutlery.
- We even offer complimentary coffee, decaf, teas and hot chocolate for the little ones.
Here are some less desirable aspects that you may wish to note:
- This home is not equipped with air conditioning, but that being said, it rarely gets hot in the summer months thanks to the shading provided by large pine trees in the front yard. We provide cooling fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
- The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
This basement comfortably sleeps 4 guest with a king and a queen size bed. The office also has a small faux leather futon. Additional folding mattresses available upon request for larger parties.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
During your stay, please park at the back of the property for easy access to the back entrance. Please note that the laundry room is shared with guests on the main floor.

Glenbrook is a residential neighbourhood in the southwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is bounded by 26 Avenue S to the north, 37 Street W to the east, Richmond Road to the south and Sarcee Trail to the west.
If arriving by car, please follow traffic signs and obey speed limit as there are many schools and playground zones in the area. Please park at the back of the property and save front street parking for guests on the main floor. For those without access to a vehicle, getting around is easy too. Route 93 bus stop is about a 1 minute walk from the property and Sb 45 St SW @ 33 Av SW C-Train station is also within walking distance.
The garage is unavailable at the moment, but if you need to drop off your luggage prior to 4pm check-in, please contact your host and give at least a day's notice before arrival.
If you have any other special requests, please contact your host before/after/during booking. We'll do our best to fulfill reasonable requests.
