I was disappointed, after a long drive I get to the hotel and I was unable to check-in. The staff “Victor” was rude, I had a family with me and had to book another hotel to get some rest. I prepaid the hotel but didn't sleep and there is non-refundable. I was so unhappy what I had experienced there. I would talk to my lawyer about this. Also, know that I had two Reservations and they went to the trash. I wish you the best.

I am from a small town. There were many homeless around and questionable people around the parking lot. Got inside and it was lovely. Staff awesome!!!!

Second time i stayed at the hotel. The front staff never smile instead it felt very cold when checking in. The room smelled very old? I had to open the window to air out whatever the smell was. When checking out got same attitude. There was nothing "memorable" very dingy kind of feel

Overall our stay in this hotel was above average! It was almost perfect, but the front desk needs additional training so they will be familiar with the type of their available rooms. There is one particular front desk agent, im not sure if her name is Kulmar, but something like that. I mentioned if possble to request for connecting/adjoining rooms and she said they dont have that kind of rooms.But the other f/d said that they have. Neiway, bed and pillows were soft and smells clean. Great job for the housekeeping peeps!

Would never return to this hotel or recommend anyone. The hotel rooms themselves are dated. There are stains absolutely everywhere. The washroom was questionable. Wasnt comfortable enough to shower there. There were wedding receptions being held every night we were there and the bass from the ballrooms were heard and felt from our room on the 4th floor. People on the same floor were slamming their doors so loudly. The staff is unpleasant and rude. You have to pay the full amount of the stay right when you check in. They have the audacity to request for tips upon arrival on the cc machine. Be aware that there is a good chance mastercard will flag and freeze your card when trying to pay so have alternative payment available if you want to stay here. For the price they charge your better off paying a few bucks.more for a better hotel

I loved that it was pet friendly, but the rooms are very dated and in need of repair. The shower in my room was barely hanging on for dear life.

Good location. Could be a great property if it was maintained properly. Grounds generally look like they havent been maintained in years. Poor exterior paint job, painters got paint everywhere. Renos done very cheaply or half done, so any good is offset by the negative. Room and beds were decent, bathrooms were old stained and gross. If your goins to spend the money on updatea dont leave old stained sinks, dont use cheap tiles that look dirty. Anyway, has alot of potential that is being wasted. Im guessing the owner is happy making a good amount off current ratea, the place looked busy despite all the downsides.
