I have been to Cabo many times and stayed at nicer more pricier resorts as well as high end homes. Although this resort is older and a bit dated we loved the amenities, location, food, and staff. After staying at over 10 other resorts in Cabo in the past I feel like this is has it all. The prestock option is handy and affordable. We did not do all inclusive but ended up eating most of our meals at the resort anyways. The only thing that was somewhat of a bother was our room smelled moldy but after leaving our sliders open for a few days it got better.

Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort.

This property is the perfect location to walk to the Marina. We felt very safe as to leave or enter the property you have to give the security at the gate your room number. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What I did not like was they skimp on necessary items that your kitchen will need, like dish soap. There is no dishwasher so you are expected to wash your dishes but they don’t provide dish soap. They give you coffee but don’t supply sugar packets or creamer. I would expect a resort to leave water bottles in our room, especially since you shouldn’t drink the tap water in Mexico, but it’s just another thing you have to buy. The gift shop/store has it all but is very expensive. I do get tired of being nickels and dine’d to death. The cabs are all unionized so you have to pay double compared to the regular taxi cabs. I would stay at this property again now that I know what I would need to bring from home.

The facility was in a great location and had a beautiful view from the property, I would be willing to stay there again, but I will say that the fee structure isn’t very transparent- just about everything from adding a drink from the poolside bar to using any of the amenities came with surprise fees at checkout

Very nice property! Cleaning staff was amazing! Pool staff and food was very good as well! Only thing was some confusion when we wanted to add all inclusive for a few days. Some staff varied prices and number of required days. We were looking at venues for 200 wedding for son and didn't get to meet with coordinator and didn't receive call. Therefore looked at other locations. Security was great and everything overall was great.

The hotel is nice but there were some issues. There are a lot of birds on the property and it is a bit annoying to fight birds while you’re eating your meal throughout the day. The food was it anything amazing for the price that you’re paying it was really expensive. I don’t know for the class, but in a room we kept hearing noises late at night, which woke us up around from 11 to 2 AM so if you are a light sleeper this will prevent you from getting a good nights rest.

I was “upgraded” in a tower that took 10 extra minutes to get to. With a toddler this was inconvenient when the pools were on the other side of the property. It was noisy and not explained at check in. When discussing later they stated the rooms were “basically” the same and moved us the next day. It was completely different view and quieter, more convenient. Most staff were unhelpful. Area around property was out of the way but hard to get around without a car. Activities were fun but hard to know what was happening as no one shared or communicated. I will not stay here again.
