Excellent customer service especially from Jerson and Leonel! They do have weird rules like with pool towels and can’t eat at the pool?They charge a security deposit of up to 250. Excellent rooms and area, good food.

I believe this was our 4th visit to Marina Fiesta. I enjoy fishing and the close proximity to the marina makes this a very convenient location. Check in was a breeze. Very efficient service by the front desk team. Had a short wait for our room but we arrived well before the stated check-in time and were grateful to get into the room early. We reserved a room with a queen bed (only option) and were surprised when the clerk advised we would be in a room with king sized bed. This was fine with us. We were skeptical when we were told the room was on the first floor but we figured we would have a look and if it did not suit us we would ask to be moved. When we got to the room (108) we were located directly, and I mean directly across from the kiddy water playground. I was thinking maybe this the Expedia booking purgatory room but at the end of the day we only had visitors to the kids area once and it was in the afternoon. Lot's of tykes having fun in the water and you could clearly hear their enthusiasm. So what could have been a real pain turned out to be nothing we could not handle. Ran the sink in the bathroom and found a pretty good sizes water leak out of the hot water faucet. We rang the front desk and they said they would have someone come take a look shortly. Someone from the maintenance team arrived about 15 minutes later and was able to quickly fix the problem. Duly impressed with the speed and efficiency of this service.

The only negative I would give is when you first arrive…..you must decline all the time share/sister resort tours before you even get your keys for the room. Otherwise you are you are visiting other resorts during your holiday time. We had to decline several times. Once we got in our room it was fabulous. Pool…. Balcony, view, location were all 10/10. Oh and Hugo made poolside so fun.

The property was nice but they charged for every little thing, no complimentary coffee in your room and charging a disinfectant fee for each day I didn’t understand.

Pros: The property was very nice. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Cons: Upon arrival we were immediately subjected to a meeting with the concierge soliciting tourist activities in the area. We were exhausted, hungry and just wanted to check into our rooms. The constant solicitation by vendors around the marina was draining.

IMO this is not a resort up to my to my expectations. Small pools, basic food options that are over priced and poor quality. You pay for your room then get billed for maid to clean the room.. won’t be staying here again

The hotel is in a great location. However, we paid for the all inclusive option and the dining available was not quality at all. All the inclusive menu items felt like they were lesser quality than the normal menu. The property also sells time shares or promotions and they immediately after check in sit you down and try to schedule the promotion to you. The room was noisy from the hall /pool there is no sound barrier

FRAUD ALERT!!! I was offered to stay in Hacienda Encantada Resort which is brother of this hotel in Mexico Grand Hotels on February 18, 2024. My booking was in Maria Fiesta. But when I arrived, there were bunch of people offered me to stay in Hacienda Encanta Resort. I was fooled and cheated by their sale team when they tried to make me become membership of this resort. The sale persons were Leonel Garrido and Fausto Solano. They lied to me that their business is not timeshare. They wanted me to deposit $5,335 USD without notifying me that I have 5 days to cancel it with a full refund. They didn’t explained to me about cancellation policy. When I sent emails to cancel membership on March 15, no body responded me. I had to send email to many email addresses that I know to request cancellation. They passed me to different people and they seemed not to talk to each other about my case. I had to repeat my case everytime I got any of them. On March 24, a staff named Sanda passed me to different people to handle it instead of bringing me to the right person. I asked her to pass me to Miguel who gave me paper to sign on Feb 18, he denied to talk to me. Then she passed me to sale manager named Silvio. This guy denied to tell me his name when I asked many time and rudely hung up on me. They are very unprofessional. They finally said I have to pay $500 usd cancellation fee and $13,900usd to cancel membership. This policy was never brought to me and never showed on the agreement.

I have stayed here before and there are many reasons that brought me back. The location is perfect to walk everywhere or even grab a taxi. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We used the spa this time and it was wonderful! The pool games were a lot of fun as well. Hugo is great!

Beautiful property right on the marina and very convenient for walking to the beach or shopping. The staff is very accommodating and I would highly recommend this property. All of Cabo is dependent on tourism and the pressure to view timeshare property and trinket sales at the marina get very annoying, but it's a wonderful place to vacation.

When we arrived at the hotel, we spent more than an hour saying that we have VIP status only if we tour another property that they are promoting. They wanted to sell a program where I won't need to look for deals in Expedia or other similar sites. When we checked out they wanting to charge for cleaning the room and charged another tax so we can leave the property. and they even wanted to know if we used the coffee on the room so I would charge. Never being a hotel where they charge for cleaning or coffee bags put in the room. Very different from other hotels booked before. The restaurants where outside the property and they were very overpriced. A simple margarita was 13 dollars, and it was quite small, For being a 3-start hotel in Mexico I found it very expensive. They don't allow Uber and the taxis was very overprized and the airport shuttle was 22 dollars per person. If I ever come back to Cabo, I will try stay a hotel with a better brand reputation. I never heard this hotel chain before.

I spent an hour in reception where they were trying to sell membership to other properties. When checked out I was charce more taxes and they even try to charge for cleaning the room. I stayed 5 nights and I asked only two cleaning.when I reserved in expedia, it said that cleaning the room was included. Never been in a room where you pay for cleaning. I don't recommend this Hotel and next time I would stay in a different hotel chain

My daughter & I visit for 5 days 4 nights. The negatives: 1.My benefits was to receive $35 USD off the spa & massage. We went for the massage they said the only way to get it is the buy the 50 minute massage for $150 USD each. I refused it & picked the 30 minute massage for $89 for back, legs & feet. This was listed on paper. They lied and said we can only get it for 50 minutes. They kept trying to push me to buy the higher package during my entire spa treatment. The physical spa treatment was good. They only did upper body & not what was listed on paper & charged me $94 USD each. They did not listen to my needs of therapy. 2. For 3 days straight the toilet did not have enough pressure for flushing. I had to call & report the issue several times. Maintenance was finally able to fix the problem on the 5th attempt. They were very friendly & prompt to respond. It just took too many days of my stay to figure out & fix the issue. 3. On my 3rd day, I opened the door to the closet & it just about fell on me. I can tell by the scratches on the panel this was not the 1st time this has happened. I could have gotten hurt. I called the front desk 3 times about the issue. They said someone was going to fix it. No one ever came to fix it. That made the room a safety hazard. 4. We ordered alcoholic drinks. The presentation of the drinks was very poor. The acrylic glasses for the mimosas was dingy & scratchy from repeated use. They served me a margarita in a 8oz throwaway plastic cup.
