Décevant et horrible rapport qualité prix
Bel hôtel mais la chambre était sale, fenêtres pleines de traces de mains étranges, saletés sous les lits et derrière chaque meuble, moquette pleine de cheveux, air conditionné bruyant comme pas possible (impossible de dormir avec), sofa convertible vétuste et surtout pas confortable et tout petit, qui pourtant a été considéré comme ok pour 3 enfants mais ils ne tenaient absolument pas à 3 dedans. Air conditionné excessif dans les parties communes on se demande pourquoi autant et quel impact pour l’environnement. Bref c’était pas une belle expérience et nous avons payé 1300$ pour 2 nuits, je regrette car ca ne les vaut pas du tout du tout!! Nous n’y retournerons pas malgré l’emplacement idéal.

I’m very disappointed about this hotel & hotel.com, we were not able to travel due to COVID19 pandemic situation and after a month of negotiations and tried to get a refund or credit for the room, their response was sorry, the director of the hotel want to keep the actual contract, so NO refund or credit. Very frustrating after all the time I spend to get a resolve on this. I will NEVER book again at this hotel & from hotel.com

This hotel is just a block from the Church Street pedestrian mall, filled with shops and restaurants, and just three blocks from Lake Champlain! It's clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable, and has a nice grill in the historic Armory part of the hotel where we ate breakfast every day. The grill has a breakfast buffet but you can also order from the menu. The hotel also has a nice snack and drink shop with a lot of choices. Finally, it has a pool and gym! We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! :)

Great spot but no free parking - $22 for valet per day. Our room also had a relatively constant rumbling noise coming from below, a broken toilet and construction tape on the showers ceramic seemingly holding it up - probably left over from when it was recently built. Overall did certainly recommend this hotel but don’t be shy to call the front desk if anything’s amiss, they’re great

The hotel is very nice and clean, but we did not realize how unsafe the neighborhood was until after we booked and could not change the reservation. The hotel had valet service, so we did not have to park and walk.

They are currently updating the hotel. Was never bothered by noise. Excellent location near waterfront and church street mall. Excellent restaurants within 2-3 block radius. Staff super accommodating. Will stay there again!!
