I would have had a better experience if my hot water was working from the start, the water in hotel didn’t get shut off for the day and if the cable worked. The staff was nice, but the person who really helped me was Gillian. She was the only person who handled business for me.

Wonderful friendly staff. Accommodating. Bartender was wonderful but they did not stock the bar as I would have preferred. The restaurant was OK for dinner, but breakfast left something to be desired. The beach is nice and swimmable. The room was decent but there was some kind of machine upstairs making a lot of noise. Ice machines mostly out of order (or at lest ice).

Excellent location in front of the beach. If you wake up early you get to see horses on the beach. Lots of activities to do on the beach.

Stayed for 7 nights. Beach is wonderful, only complaint is the abandoned building at the end of pier. Kinda an eyesore on on otherwise beautiful beach. Expedia shows that there are 2 places to eat on site but the poolside grill was never opened and looks like it hasnt been opened for a long time. (We saw them storing extra beach umbrellas in it). There are off property eateries within walking distance that are real good as well. Just a reminder that most, not all of the service industry here are on island time, so be prepared to spend some time wherever you end up. Rooms were clean and updated the outside of hotel itself could use some tlc but a great trip all around. Very safe to explore and ecmveryone is very friendly.

Everyone was kind and friendly. The staff did a great job cleaning. The only thing i didn't like is the property is very worn and needs major updates tonthe rooms and the foundation of the property. They also did not have a microwave in the room or on site.

Radison Abigail the worst, we arrived at the hotel around midnight and was told that the entire place was booked and the only two rooms were left, 715 and 614. Despite the fact that when I booked, I requested and was promised rooms adjacent or on the same floor with two beds in each room, I received rooms on different floors and with only one king bed. Accordingly, 2 men had to share one bed in room 715. Even worst, the restaurant was closed and no microwave was available to warm snacks that we had brought along. The next day we requested a room change n was told that no room with 2 beds were available. Room 614, is in disrepair, see enclosed pics with water marked ceiling, water settling on the verandah and worst of all a dripping pipe in the badly stained tub that kept me up all nights. In reported the dripping pipe to the house keeper and to Abigail and there was no resolution. Above all, the microwave to warm my food was extremely important to me.

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and like a 2nd family. The only issue would be that the building could definitely use some maintenance. A paint job would make a big difference in the look of the outside of the building the balconies. Beautiful beach and good food. We will definitely be back again.

We loved this property! Giselle at the front desk and Shane at the beach took great care of us! The property needed a little updating but the beach and location was beautiful. Breakfast was a bit pricey on a daily basis. We just don’t eat enough to make a buffet worth our while. Thanks for a great stay!

To preface, I am 24, and I traveled with 3 other friends around my age. BAD THINGS:don't expect much. If you are looking for an updated modern hotel with 2024 amenities, this is not your place to stay. However, the property was VERY clean and I felt safe. Check-in: We had to wait 2 HOURS after the listed check-in time to get into our room. The staff was NOT accommodating, offered no explanation to why our room was not ready other than 'our booking was for 2 people but we had 4 people.' BE CAREFUL with this, expedia did not have an option for more than 2 people at the time of my booking. Upon waiting 2 hours for them to allegedly be 'setting the room for 4 people' we got into our DOUBLE-BED ROOM that still only had 2 waters, and 2 towels...hmmm? Come to find out on our first day, they just did not have a proper cleaning schedule as they did not show up until 4pm to clean our room. The breakfast buffet is not worth it. GOOD THINGS: You are right on pebbles beach, which is an incredible location for the price of this hotel. The race horses are washed in the ocean on this beach in the morning around 5:30am. The Skippers lunch spot/bar is AMAZING. Located right by a gas station/convenience store. Beach set up is beautiful and comfortable. Beach concierge was SO ACCOMMODATING and nice. Some of the front desk staff were nice and acknowledged your presence when you walked in.... others couldn't fog a mirror. Overall if you are just looking for a place to sleep this is it.

first time here i was not to happy with two things . Firstly the security officers need to be trained how to talk to guest. Secondly , the parking spots provided to taxi service should be moved. When its raining guest in not allowed to park close to hotel in these spots but rather park further and get soaked walking back to hotel.The gentleman who works the bar with the white shirt daily needs to not be racial profiling. I am a person with color of the locals and was talked to by this gentleman when i entered the bar area to go sit where the old building is situated with no respect. I am a guest just like everyone and should be treated with respect like all others were.Overall it was a good stay , front desk very friendly , facilities was good, food could be better and i would stay there again.

The staff and property cleanliness was good...servicing of rooms were always on time and thorough....fyi the AC in room 607 leaks. Additionally, the limited choices on the menu was disheartening....the limitations applied to paying customers were dissatisfactory...more emphasis should be placed on having an wider and more accessible menu....food was unaccessible based on the time of the day....the buffet was only accessible for dine-in...etc etc.

It’s off the path a little which is nice that it’s not off a main road. Private beach was right there and perfect location. I would go back definitely. A little high priced I feel and the other hotels are probably a little nicer but the bed was very comfortable and it was perfect in all other ways.
