There was a soap alreary used in the bathroom. Fortunately had our own. Desappointed for that matter. But, the breackfast was great. The fruits were not fresh. A bottle of water in the fridge would be welcome

I thought it was a little deceptive that they use the word ”hotel” when it was actually a “motel”. But the stuff was very nice and helpful and it was clean and it was a good value in a nice area.

It was fine. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Almost nothing worked - light bulbs missing, TV unfunctional, no batteries in thermostat, heat wouldn't go off. But staff helpfully replaced the missing light bulbs

The area was great, safe and quiet. The staff were very sweet and helpful. But the hotel itself was not good quality at all. They did not come and clean or bring new towels and we stayed for 3 nights.. in the first room there were no plugs, toilet wasn’t flushing. They moved us to new room, but still low quality. I would never be staying here again, although staff was great.

All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Very close and convenient to the green line stations markets and eats. Cute white college neighborhood. I didn’t have a vehicle to park but anyone who says they don’t tell you they charge for parking doesn’t read all the details when booking. I will stay here every time I come to town. Well done.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood. We chose the property for location near a venue. Check in was easy; coffee and cookies were available in the lobby. Great start! Our room had fan issues, some torn wallpaper & heat in bathroom was on and couldn’t turn off, which kept the room extra warm. Called down a couple of times but repair person never came: After a couple of other issues found, the front desk offered to move us to a new room, just a couple doors down. Perfect move! Same issue with bathroom heat; companion wasn’t sure about tub cleanliness; a dirt pile in the corner by table/chairs; only trash receptacle was in the bathroom. Also, some standing water in front steps made them slippery. But the room was overall comfortable, especially the king bed. Had to deal with a guy roaming around at night, but was easy and based on outside room access. Hotel fit our budget well. Was good for our overnight needs. With a little more attention it could easily get to a 5 rating.

The property is clean, the rooms are basic rooms, no clock, 2 pillows on a king bed. Very close to the T for transportation in to and out of Boston. Whole Foods is in within walking distance. It’s great for people looking for a place just out of Boston but not too far out of Boston.

Disgrace is all I can say. The property is so rundown it’s not possible to cover it all. Dirty floors, disintegrating furniture, the bathroom is smelly with everything falling apart. NO SAFE in the room. Wobbly beds and chairs. The breakfast is a joke and not worth considering the stay. Please do yourself a favor and find some other property around.

Older hotel (actually motel), close to train and a couple restaurants. Rooms had a little funky smell and could use a deep cleaning but beds were nice and clean. Breakfast has a nice variety of items and they bake cookies daily! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed there last night and it was terrible, first the floor by the window was soft felt like you were going to fall through it. There was hair all over both beds and one bed actually had a blood spot on the sheet. The pillows were dirty you could see dirt on them, in the bathroom the hook on the door was barely hanging was ready to fall off. We went to a show that night and this is what we found at midnight we ended up leaving and driving home, we did not stay the night. Would never go there again would rather spend more money for a better hotel

First was given the wrong room. Then when we parked, we got out and noticed a whole pile of screws right behind our tires, so we had driven over them (thankfully no popped tires). Our door had a very thick gap and the wind just howled through it! And no I don’t live in Boston and I’m sure it’s a thing in the city but the parking was a very scary incline, you’ll know what I mean if you book there

The hotel is close to Washington station of Green line. As well close to Whole Foods store. The breakfast is continental and the coffee is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are awesome and the rooms are spacious. The only minus I found, is the lack of any kitchen hardware. They have a kitchenette with a Keurig, a microwave, a fridge and an electrical cooktop, but they have no kitchenware, dishes or cooking pan or pot.

I have stayed three nights a week for three months but this week there was someone in the room upstairs with a child who wouldn't stop making noise, it was the early morning type 2 in the morning and it continued!!! This is the first time this has happened but the three nights I spent in that room there was a television with a loud volume and some people shouting and running.

I never do reviews but this one is a must. This clearly is a Motel! Run down, walls are extremely thin, could almost hear the conversation clearly, room above very loud, every footstep is heard. When a car starts in front of your door, sounds like it’s in your room. Very cold draft coming from door, floor at entrance and bathroom freezing. Walls are dirty and holes in walls. No coffee maker, cabinet doors falling apart. I was scared to look any closer in fear of what I would find. Don’t like you checking in early at all, not flexible. Been to 2 hotels since, was able to check in early. Will put your bags in the janitor closet though. Definitely would not recommend this place unless you are a bunch of young people who want to party all night and don’t care where you sleep. Only positives, Had a good hair dryer and iron.
