The calming blue hues extend to the dining area which comfortably seats 6. This space if filled with natural light beaming in from the sliding glass doors that open to the back patio.

As you enter the living area, you'll be greeted by the warm embrace of a gas fireplace, creating a comfortable ambiance for relaxing evenings. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind as you enjoy the flickering flames and the serenity of your surroundings watching the 65" Smart TV.

Down the hall, you'll find 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and 2 modern and updated bathrooms. The spare bedroom has a desk facing a window with an ergonomic chair. There is free Hi-Speed internet - a great set-up for remote workers. The master bedroom has a 42" Wall Mounted Smart TV. Each bathroom is equipped with handicapped rails both for the toilets and the showers. The en-suite master bathroom has dual vanity sinks.

Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, is within walking distance, with fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. Barber Park at the Boise River, with public floating on the Boise River available in the summer, is only a two minute drive!! This is a must-do activity while visiting the area! Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling within walking distance.

The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is a 15 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare, musicals, and other plays. Lucky Peak reservoir for paddleboarding and boating is only about 10 minutes away and there are numerous public parks close by as well.
