C’est une excellent endroit, de bon restaurant à proximité (dont un starbuck). Par contre, il s’agit d’un endroit qui est âgé mais qui fait le travail pour le prix. Le setup extérieur est super !

Our stay was excellent. However, they wanted a $50 deposit for each room for “incidentals.” Not sure what incidentals would’ve been as they didn’t have a minibar in either room and there wasn’t room service.. In addition, we won’t receive the deposit back for at least 3 to 5 days.

The scwnt of Febreeze wafts theough the hotel. If you do not like Febreeze it can be bothersome.

Room was not ready at check-in. Was told that it would be 15 minutes and that they would call. No call, and a room was not available until over 1.5 hours later. Totally unacceptable.

My husband and I keep going back to this hotel for its great location.It's located near the highway and multiple restuarants, mall, grocery and liquor store. Easy access and clean is a priority for us. Definitely would recommend.

I still do not have itemized copies of the two bills from my two separate stays at the Boca Raton Wyndham in March 2024. Also, I was supposed to be comped one night because my daughters and I had to go down to have our keys re-programmed FIVE SEPARATE TIMES. I am 68 years old and I had to sit on the floor outside my door waiting for someone to come and fix the lock.

The only thing I have to say that would be negative would be the smell. The air freshener or deodorizer they used in the elevator was over powering and pungent the room was beautiful but the first thing that you notice is the smell…like someone had been smoking in the room and they shampooed the rug with a strong chemical that lingered. It was so bad that I actually had to go to the store and buy Fabreeze and spray the room, otherwise my husband said he was going to insist we leave.

We liked the location, the pool and the restaurants on site. There was an wet dog scent in our bathroom due to the shower curtains and although I requested a change it still had the same smell . The elevator also had a strange smell.

The property is old and run down. We had a one bedroom suite and the bedroom had a wall air conditioner but the living room only had a portable air conditioner and we had to empty the water in it everyday. The sink and the mirror for the bathroom were not in the bathroom. They were in the bedroom. We didn't like the selection of food in the restaurant. There is an airport nearby and there were planes flying over the hotel all the time.

This place should not be opened for business. Rooms are dingy, moldy and smell terrible. You can see the pipes under the sinks and the shower heads are taped in. Bathroom absolutely hasn’t been cleaned in a while and disgusting with black mold everywhere. Ac is so nosy, you can not have a good night sleep. This was an overall traumatizing experience. Would never stay again or recommend.

A very nice place to stay
The hotel was very attractive and was somewhat resort-like. The pool area was delightful and I enjoyed sitting outside eating my breakfast. The room was a bit "shabby chic". The inner part of the bathroom door was warped and in desperate need of repair and a coat of paint. The door stop was rusty. It appeared that the room had suffered some water damage. The shwer lacked water pressure, but other than that, the room was fine and the place was lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Your employees were very friendly and professional; our bed was extremely comfortable; the shower definitely needed renovation; the controls for the shower were missing a pull knob which made it very hard to operate. I advised the front desk at checkout, they said they would take care of it and thanked me.
