Endroit cauchemardesque, des bâtiments de casinos tout en hauteur dans une vallée encaissée. Réception de l’hôtel très difficile à trouver, et personnel invisible. Check-in sur une machine rétive. Chambre confortable, c’est le seul point positif. Avec des enfants, quasi impossible de trouver à manger. Il faut traverser les salles de casinos pour accéder aux restaurants, à moins de se perdre dans les escaliers de service. Et les enfants ne peuvent pas traverser… Et évidemment, à l’extérieur, il n’y a rien. La galère. Endroit à réserver uniquement aux accrocs aux jeux pas regardant sur l’environnement.

The hotel was under construction and there was nothing noted online warning us about the conditions of this. Elevators broke down, no air in the room it was ridiculously hot. Low water pressure in shower and clogged tub. Dirty floor, it looked like the room hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Staff and manager we're very rude. If it wasn't for my group making the best of the situation this would have been the worst weekend ever at Lady Luck Casino

No air. Elevator broken. Check in person had a coould care less attitude no one at the desk the next morning. No dolly or anything to use to carry luggage to the room. Girl said we don’t keep track of it

Elevators were broken overnight and they put us on the 11th floor making us walk up 5 flights of stairs. The front desk was closed for half of the morning the next day. Air conditioning in the room was broken during the first night and they gave us a fan. Another couple was booked into a room that was already occupied.

We enjoyed our stay and my complaint would be that they need to replace the hvac system in the hotel. The windows were covered but we were understanding about the hotel remodel. We had a power outage but was back on quickly.

Check in was okay. Got 2 rooms and our 2nd room was DIRTY and had the hassle of getting a new one. 1st room was a clean as 3 rd. 1st room the window only opened 4 inches.. fine but holy moly this room was uncomfortably HOT ! The air “conditioner” sucks! Won’t book here

The room was extremely hot to the point i couldn't sleep and 0 ventilation from the window opening only 4 inches. . Fan on AC didnt work Maid busted in at 9am. At least wait till checkout....

Rooms dated and not clean room was stuffy and smelled musty. Our first room the air conditioner was broken so they moved us to another room and THAT room was as hot as first one. There was only one elevator working.... needless to say the wait time was ridiculous. The worst birthday night I've spent in a hotel

They say they have rooms available and they don't have them ready, I asked for my refund and nothing was returned to me and they never answered the call according to the people at Expedia

Had trouble with our reservation, room wasn't as nice as we expected & paid more than expected, no microwave, you pay for the (complimentary) coffee & mini bottled water etc, tv's were down for a day of our stay, liquids in shower were empty (guessing the hotel went back to small bottles-those were available), sheets were the blankets, no outside view (hotel is having the windows redone & they were all covered)(would have been a good thing to know before booking with the hotel), hotel is pet friendly (we didn't take pets) but found poo outside our door, bar staff weren't very attentive & displaying frustration, cold entrances (recommend indoor heaters), front desk was closed during checkout & kiosks weren't working. Definitely my least favorite hotel stay. Best part were the restaurants & welcoming staff.

Only one elevator works and our window is taped shut by construction work our tv won’t turn on. Not worth the money at all we should have spent the extra money and stayed somewhere else. Never again

Made a reservation at Lady Luck and was told no rooms available and they got me room next door at horseshoe for more money and smaller room. Same owners different hotels. A lot of walking.

We got moved to the Horseshoe hotel which was fine, only complaint was that the AC didn't work so it was pretty toasty. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

It was fine until we carried all our luggage in to check in and then find out our room wasn’t ready….. had to carry everything back to the car and wait an hour before we could get Into our room. Otherwise the gentleman at the front desk was great.

Only one eating area (tacos). Had to walk to Horse shoe casino for other eating areas which was difficult for me due to back problems. No TV available due to weather issues. Unable to get a refund or discount because I went through Expedia for reservation. Restrooms not accessible between Lady Luck and Horseshoe casino.

I tried 3 times to verify with hotel desk that we needed a roll away bed. Everytime my call was ended before answering my request. ✔️ Wouldn't give us one therefore forcing us to get an extra room and separating our group. Early hours...heavy construction on scaffolding immediately outside our window (RM 1216) started and never let up. No manager on site till 2 pm available for me to communicate with. I really feel that I should get compensated for this experience. Would have extra blanket and very odd bathrm doors Help...

We booked a room at LADY LUCK which is UNDER CONSTRUCTION & has their all their windows painted over with PAINT and LOCKED SHUT!!! It was totally claustrophobic!!! Possibly a safety issue if there was a fire??? We had hoped to enjoy the mountains!!! They refused to refund the room fee, but offered to transfer us to their Horseshoe Casino which they own as well. Our room there was beautiful, but the French doors to the outside did not lock! I wouldn’t have felt safe staying there at all, if I was alone! When opening the shower door, the door hits the shower faucet head! Tough to enter & exit without ripping it off the wall! They charged us a resort fee; but they have no pool, no hot tub, no weight room, nothing??? I asked about it at the desk & was told, “we have nothing for this fee!…? POOR CONDITION!!!

The staff were rude and could care less about the guests. The AC did not work in the room. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. The entire hotel was on heat due to the weather. Won’t be staying here again.
