Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken. Overall, this is a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

For the most part, service was exceptional but exceptional at Ritz is a spectrum and where you land on it may correlated with where you are from. If you are a “ghar ki murgi”, you may get treated like “daal”

This is a very beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional.All the staff that we met are always smiling and wanting to do their best to make you feel welcome. The restaurants are all extremely good. We used the spa services three days in a row and we had possibly the best massage in the world. The therapists are trained so well and we really liked our treatments very much.

Luxurious Stay in the Heart of Bengaluru
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their staff! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our 3-year-old son was treated like the most special little one - they set up a pizza-making activity for him with the chef, gave him small gifts and even gave him flowers and balloons! The pool, spa, salon and all the amenities are top notch. We have never felt so pampered! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food we had on property was delicious and all seemed individually prepared to our liking. This stay will make us consider Ritz-Carlton where we can for our world travels and is a must-stay when visiting Bengaluru.

Disappointed during my accommodation
1- Room was nice but it was not possible to adjust air conditioner to comfortable level. When I turned on the A/C even at minimum level, inside the room became too cold like a refrigerator. I called room service and explained the situation. Their solution was to provide radiator heater. Finally I caught cold and became a sick 2- There is no good international restaurant inside the hotel. They say there is one called Market restaurant and adjacent Japanese restaurant. But do not believe, there is only very limited selection of international (mostly Asian) foods available. They are also serving Indian foods in the same restaurant and smell of the Indian foods are dominant over other foods. Prices are too expensive and quality of the foods never deserve these prices

This may not fulfil your business trip mission.
The property needed to stand out like the RITZ should be. It was OK but more for leisure travelers rather than business travelers. The TV did not work, i had to get TECHNICAL people to come and make the change. The Coffee machine did not work. There was no provision to use the business center unless i pay an unreasonable price per hour. the only choice i had was to use the Coffee shop which turned out to be even more expensive.

The Ritz Carlton is always known for its impeccable service and the one in Bengaluru lived up to it and more. The combination of discrete hospitality coupled with Indian traditions and spectacular artwork makes the hotel a special place. It is also within walking distance of Cubbon Park and Vidhan Soudha. I particularly enjoyed the traditional dance display and lighting of the lamps.

What I really enjoyed was the sense of safety. As for the location it is walkable to many good areas. There is nothing that I didn't like and I wouldn't hesitate to stay. It is a plus on my list.

Our stay, though limited was fantastic. This is one of the best Ritz Carlton’s we have visited anywhere in the world. The staff from the trainees, to the concierge, to Jasvir Belwal, to the front desk manager and the waiters in the Market restaurant were very attentive, kind, gracious and made our stay a real joy.

Excellent hotel & service, zero complaints. There was one mishap - I was jetlagged and I was asleep without the DnD sign on, and room svc woke me up (wrong room). Can't really blame them, these things happen. Other than that, my five day stay was flawless. I didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurants, room service was good. I'd like to call out the breakfast waitstaff, they were exceptional. Lots of good options for breakfast too, with like 5 different cuisines. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, will stay here again.
