The only issue that I have with the property is that some of the other guest was beyond noisy at unreasonable hours like yelling out screaming at 2:00 AM! Slamming doors running up and down the hallway that was the only issue with my stay this past weekend

Omg where do I start I came to check in wasn’t greet at all she ask for my id. And told me about 100 deposits came out nowhere I made my reservations two weeks in advance. She was so rude. Oh my God came in with my Valentine stuff and she said they watching what you bring in. She was ridiculous still tell me they gonna charge me if rose petal was any where when I check out she came back. Oh my God she don’t need to be work nowhere in the front desk, or in the hotel, the morale of the hotel will stay down, she sitting down there charging her phone her and another guy. The room was funky when we came and checked in I took my stuff back to my car and was ready to check out. This was the worst experiment for Valentine’s Day for her tell me that I’m being watched that’s a problem , no guess should feel uncomfortable. I’ve been in food servers a long time and Customer Service . No one should be treated like this so right now I’m ready to check out. I suggest y’all find somebody for y’all front desk soon that’s very kindly. Talk to the customers show eye contact to the customers. She is ridiculous I’m not been extra omg!! I need someone from coporate to give me a call asap are email Andriawlls@yahoo.com

Me & my handicap daughter were traveling to Baton Rouge for her surgery the next morning. Upon arriving at 7:30pm, there were 8 men hanging out in the parking lot, we had to walk through them to get to front door. Entering the hotel, the front desk lady said something and I thought she was talking to me, so I said “what was that ma’am?” She continued to stare at me as if I was bothering her or interrupting her. I could hear a man talking but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The front desk lady NEVER greeted me in anyway but continued to stare at me and then started talking. I then realized she was on speaker phone with her husband/boyfriend. STILL no welcome in or greeting just complete unprofessionalism. I had to talk to first and all the while she’s checking me in, she is steadily having a conversation with the man on the phone. Lobby to me, smelled like urine. Entering our room smelled very musty. AC barely worked. There was no vanity with the sink, it was a big inconvenience walking back & fourth to table to get ready for bed & in the morning because there was no where for me to put my toiletry bag in the bathroom. The guests staying above us where stomping & running around very late into the evening. I did go back and speak to the unprofessional front desk lady to ask for a cup because none were provided in the room and she looked at me like she didn’t know what a cup was. I just said NeverMind & grab one next to the coffee machine. 1/10 would NOT recommend!

The deadbolt in my daughter's room didn't work. It took a little convincing to get the desk clerk to move her to another room. In our room, the shower rod was broken so the curtain kept falling down. Every time I plugged in my curling iron, it would flip the gfi in the bathroom, so none of the plugs in the bathrrom were usable. And while my husband was waiting at the desk to talk to the clerk, a lady walked up to say her toilet wasnt working. The clerk said "so it is clogged?" To which she replied "No. It literally isn't working and we just checked in." Obviously, the place has a maintenancw issue.
