Le service laisse à désirer très longue attente avant que quelqu'un ne vienne prendre commande et par la suite très long à recevoir la commande .......même au comptoir et au bar service très long prix dans l'hôtel très cher la boisson, la nourriture etc...... au buffet du petit déjeuner service long et pas de sourire pas beaucoup de choix dans le buffet, fruit frais peu nombreux

Très bel endroit,en sortant du site on ce rend compte que c'est une île beaucoup moins touristique que d'autre, pour ceux qui n'aiment pas sortir du site c'est parfait , pour les autres plus actif ,après une semaine vous serai prêt à revenir chez-vous.

Hotel agréable mais qui manque de charme et de personnalité, certains membres du personnel ne sont pas très accueillants voir désagréables. Les équipements sont plutôt bons, la plage énorme mais la baignade est compliquée à cause de rocher trop nombreux.

J'ai été déçue par la qualité des prestations. Le personnel des bars autour de la piscine n'est pas très souriant. Les infrastructures sont vétustes d'où cette impression de "pas propre" que j'ai eu. Un bon point pour la chambre spacieuse et la bonne qualité de la literie. Attention aux taxis qui vous sont recommandés au desk de l'hôtel. Une fois embarqué le tarif augmente de près de 50 %. Je n'y retournerai pas. Restaurant grill : moyen moyen!!!!

Rien à redire sur cet hotel. Personnel tres serviable, accueillant, disponible et faisant des efforts pour echanger quelques mots en Français. Je vous conseille cet hotel.

Sûrement un des meilleurs hôtels de St Kitts.
Cet Hôtel est le plus grand de l'île, et un des meilleurs choix possible. Trois belles piscines, une belle plage, il est récent, et les chambres y sont grandes et équipés. On y trouve magasins, casino, bars, restaurants et tout les services d'un 4 étoiles. En points négatifs: peu au final sauf peut être que la qualité des serivces n'est pas celle d'un 4 étoiles mais plus celle d'un 3 étoiles.

We loved how close everything was to the resort, lots of options for dining and fun excursions that were pretty close by. The resort was really nice and a great stretch of private beach. Most days it was pretty quiet, but some days we had people from cruise ships using the resort for the day. Met lot s of nice people. Plenty of amenities in the resort, so you don't have to venture out as much. Overall a great experience.

property is just okay. The staff was amazing. We were woken up two nights in a row, one for fire alarms and one for what sounded like someone building a house. There are no less than 20 alarms going off at all times which were never turned off…all week. Food is good rooms have been updated. There is zero nightlife on the resort itself. The island is amazing. We would surely come back but probably look at another property.

Our first time in St. Kitts. Loved this resort! Beach was very nice, close to the Caribbean beaches, close to restaurants, staff was amazing, pool was very nice, very clean resort, entertainment was great….great experience!

The staff were professional and very customer focused. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The views from our balcony were spectacular- ocean, pool and mountain views. There were restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy available walking distance from the hotel.

Had to move rooms because plumbing challenges. Second room as bad a first. Door to bathroom broke, AC so loud you couldn’t sleep through it. Escalate with manager - nothing done despite saying they would make right. On last day - said we could get two breakfast for free. This was on the day of our check out. Property amenities are nice, resort is kept clean, rooms very dated and not acceptable for “suite” rooms.

I liked the easy access to the beach and the beach gazebos, and the beach wait staff. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants. I did not like that the property was very dated; was unaware of this when booking. The worst was that no one helped us with our luggage checking in or out. We are 74 years old and had to drag/pull up our luggage 3 flights of stairs (no elevators in the villas). Other than that, we luved St Kitts. We have been to many of the islands but this was the first time for St Kitts. Very laid back and relaxing.

The hotel was big and clean , close to a supermarket, pharmacy and couple of restaurants; easy cab access but unfortunately no night life or enough entertainment to the point that we were in our room by 8;00 pm since there was nothing to do but to sit by the bar and drinking .Also Tour guide and excursion desk was not helpful at all we had to figure out activities on our own ; I don’t think I’ll be visiting Saint Kitts again

I liked this because we didn’t have to leave to enjoy our vacation. There were three pools and plenty of activities. On the one rainy day, we checked out board games and enjoyed them in our room. The activities room had wonderful people…and good cookies and blueberry cake!! There was a great coffee shop and bakery with ice cream. Right across the street was a grocery store (Rams) and a nice sandwich shop. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation!

Great value! We had a balcony over looking the pool & ocean in the distance. Beautiful beach, swimmable with beverage service and professional massage ladies under little pavilions ($90/hr), also swim up bar. The restaurants were very good, but we enjoyed taking taxi’s to near by restaurants which had AMAZING views! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper did an awesome job and the bedding was so comfortable. I enjoyed working out at the gym, had a fantastic facial at the spa, and there was live music in the on sight bar. We look forward to going back one day!

Views from almost every room
The hotel is in a great location on the beach near the airport with amazing views. The hotel itself could use some updating. Casino onsite is very convenient however quite small with few gaming options. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurants are decent.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The property is a bit dated, but well maintained. Enjoyed all of the additional activities offered both poolside and with local shops. Will definitely visit again.

Repeat guest. Typically lean into a short stay. Usual compliments to the hotel managers and staff during my stay - clean surroundings, courteous team members, numerous options for activities, dining, etc. That said, this was probably the least enjoyable rooming option I have ever had, particularly as it relates to the location on the property and the fact that it was hardly the most soundproof. I'm a fan of the culture, revelry during the Carnival season etc. but the disturbances (for me and other guests) were something else. Also, while the bathroom was neat (not dirty at all), the bathtub bottom/floor felt like a trampoline. Might need reinforcement or replacing. Still, I would definitely choose the hotel again.
